Large, private home with 4 large bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, and a huge casita. The pool and outdoor area were our favorites. The indoor and outdoor surround music was a bonus, as well as the huge TV in the main living room for family movie night. This home would be great for several families.
This was a trip with my daughter’s and my son’s families. A total of 8 of us so the 5 bedrooms were perfect for the stay. The arrival process was a breeze and the home was immaculately clean. The floor plan was ideal and as others have said- pictures do not give this home justice. The kitchen was well stocked for any type of cooking adventure you may want to try. And the deck was spectacular. A pool, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ area as well as a large dining table and a separate lounging area. But the scenery from the deck topped all of this as the westerly view allowed us to catch some wonderful evening sunsets. The hosts were also exceptional. I had a few questions during our week long stay and their responses were always within 30 minutes (even on the weekends).Without reservation, I would highly recommend this property for your vacation.
The house is just as nice as they are in the pictures! A group of adults stayed here for a week and we loved it. The location is awesome as its a short drive to everything you need. I highly recommend to staying here if you have a chance.

The location and layout of the property were above expectations. The neighborhood on the golf course was lovely and close enough to walk to the shops (20 mins) or (highly recommended) take one of the electric golf carts you can rent for an additional charge. The layout of the house was great for our group- 5 independent master suites (one bungalow) with a central great room leading to the pool/hot tub. Prior to the visit we had very rapid communication with the property manager. One of the fuses was blown upon our arrival and we couldn’t reach them when we arrived at 9:30pm but fortunately we found the box and they sent someone to repair the next day. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of dishes for our big group. Highly recommend this home and we would book here again anytime.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Nani. This property does not disappoint! It's beautiful and was very comfortable for the 10 of us. We did all our own cooking here and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. The sunsets each night were stunning. The management staff were very communicative, and we highly recommend this property!
We were celebrating our 60th anniversary with our family, there was nine of us. We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home, it was just what we pictured, it was so clean and the host was very accommodating we would definitely stay at this beautiful place again.

House was pristine and new . In the perfect location being a golf country club community . We loved looking in back at our infinity pool , spa and fire pit sitting on hole #3. Close to shops , walking trails beach and hiking . Loves all the shops and restaurants within walking distance . Such a wonderful functional set up with house and carriage house . So clean and safe . Truly will book again . Property manager amazing and came over with extra towels etc . Can’t say enough good things about this house!

We loved the Hale Nani property. Great views! Great location! Very clean! The one bigger issue we had while staying there was the air conditioning. We were there during hot weather, and there were A/C issues in 3 of the bedrooms. After a couple attempts to fix, things still didn't work, so portable units were brought in while new parts were ordered. The portable units struggled keeping it cool in the heat of the day.

Our family of 3 generations stayed at Hale Nani last year. It was so impressive we reserved it again this year. It does not disappoint. The home itself could not be nicer. 5 completely separated bedrooms and bathrooms makes individual privacy easy. Yet a huge indoor outdoor kitchen with lanai makes visiting together watching the kids swim perfect. The property is perfectly maintained and has the high end features that you can really appreciate. Wailani Kauai the property manager stays in contact with you from time of deposit to your departure home. If called they are very responsive. We have already recommended this home to friends which spent a week in April. They too were so impressed they’ll be going back.The younger family members really enjoyed the hikes available all over Kauai. The home’s location is literally within a mile of stores, restaurants, golf and beaches. Easily walkable to just about anything you want.Our son and his family with younger kids did a day trip with a rescue dog at the Kauai Humane Society they heard was a very popular event. We all went and met their new friend Willie Nelson. They took Willie to the beach, a few different parks and enjoyed a picnic with him. Who knew dogs love shaved ice. What was supposed to be a day trip turned into a life changing event. They rescued Willie taking home the best Kauai souvenir ever. Willie Nelson is now at home in California. If we could rate the home and location higher than a 10 we would.

This property was like our own mini resort! It was very modern and luxurious and also quiet and peaceful. (Don't skip out on the outdoor showers!)We had 8 adults (3 Couples and 2 singles). This was the perfect spot for our group (Average Age of 50). All rooms had King beds and attached baths (except one but bathroom was adjacent). The in house laundry was great for beach towels as well as general laundry needs. Great common space with open Kitchen, dinning and family room that was great for casual mornings and a few dinners in. There was also a great outdoor dining option on the lanai that we used several times. The house's Savant media platform was a little confusing but they were very responsive to our questions and had us up and running in no time.The outdoor space was fantasitic with grill, fire pit, pool, hot tub and large deck. Great view of the golf course and a horizon view of the ocean.Location was perfect as most of our activities were in the south side of the island. If you have a party of up to 10 adults you won't regret renting this property!

We had the benefit of hearing directly from friends you had just returned about this absolutely beautiful property! We had a total of nine family members all loved the accommodations and the privacy each of the five bedrooms gave us. Lastly, I want to thank the entire staff of Wailani for making the reservation process easy and preparing us for the best vacation possible!
Had the best time here. Great setup with 5 individual bed/bath combos and an amazing central room. Plenty of cooking appliances, we had several great meals cooked at home. I hadn't noticed when I booked that 2 of the bathrooms have outdoor showers only, but it wasn't a problem, the guests staying there actually enjoyed that.
Best VRBO experience to date! Great and thorough communication, property was well equipped for a group of 7 adults (enough of everything for a group of 10). Great location with easy access to Poipu, Koloa and Lihue. Outstanding views with great pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend this property!
This home was absolutely ideal for a large family. We used all 5 bedrooms for the 10 family members (5 couples) which provided some nice private space, and then the central gathering space (kitchen, living room and pool deck) were perfect for us all whether dining, just hanging out, or enjoying the views, pool, etc. I would say the house exceeded our expectations. Over the moon about our time there. Priceless vacation spot, we'd return for sure!

The house is beautiful! Really impressed with the quality and amount of amenities. Kitchen stocked with dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, counter spray, keurig and coffee maker, coffee filters, paper towels. The small appliances offered you don’t see in the majority of rentals. Every bathroom has full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Plenty of toilet paper and Kleenex. Really nice bedding and pillows. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The 10 beach chairs, two umbrellas and cooler. Super nice. And the pool and hot tub really clean. Very thoughtful to provide so many amenities! And the Wailani Kauai management team that oversees your reservation are so professional and accommodating!! Such a pleasure and thank you so much! Had the best family vacation and would so highly recommend!!!

This was our first trip to Kauai and this property and the people who work at the management company were OUTSTANDING!! They answer EVERY email instantly. In addition, every recommendation they gave us for restaurants and excursions were fantastic. Further, Hawaiian airlines cancelled our original flights and the management company worked with us to get us in earlier than normal the first day.
There couldn’t have been a more perfect house for the 10 of us. It never felt like we were crowded, or without a space to escape away from. Would definitely recommend this home and will stay here again.
