This home is truly an amazing vacation rental! We were two families traveling together with one adult child and three kids (ages 11, 13, and 16), and the layout couldn’t have been better. The two master bedrooms were perfect for the parents, and it was such a bonus that everyone had their own space.The kitchen is very well stocked, and we appreciated that the owners went above and beyond by providing paper products, soaps, cleaning supplies, and even laundry detergent—which was such a welcome surprise. The abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler made our days at the beach so much easier and more enjoyable.It took us a little time to get used to the iPad system for controlling the home’s settings, especially the A/C, but once we figured it out, it worked smoothly.The only drawback was the mattresses in the master bedrooms. While the platform beds look nice, the mattresses were worn and could really use replacing. Adding at least a low-profile box spring would also make them easier to get in and out of—especially for guests with mobility concerns (my husband, who had hip surgery, found it a challenge).That said, the outdoor space more than made up for it. The pool area is fantastic, and the kids swam nonstop. The hot tub was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunsets.This was our fourth trip to Kauai but our first time booking through this property company, and it definitely won’t be our last. The concierge team was outstanding—quick to respond, eager to accommodate, and even connected us with an amazing chef who came to the house and prepared a fantastic meal. Their service truly elevated our stay.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this home for families looking for space, comfort, and a great poolside vacation with top-notch support.

Our family of 20 had the best memory making vacation we could have asked for!! We stayed in Leimomi and Kai Malia. The houses were great for sleeping accommodations, well supplied with household needs and the pools were fantastic playgrounds for our 9 grandkids. The staff at Wailani were prompt and efficient with the requests that we did encounter and were friendly and welcoming to the island. I would highly recommend them and if we return some day we will definitely rent from them again!
Hale Leimomi home was more than expected! All the extras included kitchen and beach accessories, peaceful scenery, concierge services and many home upgrades. It was the perfect setting for our family vacation which included 3 generations. Everyone had their own space yet gathering rooms for all 11 of us to enjoy each other. Looking forward to a return visit.

We are a family of 11. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is also beautiful with a great waking path. We’ve been to Kauai many times before and enjoy going to the Living Foods restaurant and other restaurants in the nearby shopping area. You’re close to beaches, and the pool was a gigantic hit with the kids. The staff who manage this house have been wonderful from the start. Be prepared, however, for the hot tub to not get hot. Also, there is a preset thermostat at night that returns bedroom temperature to 70 degrees, which isn’t cool enough for me. That said, I didn’t talk to the management about this. All in all, I would definitely recommend this home and certainly the people who manage it!
9 family members across 3 generations, and we all had the time of our lives. The house is amazing and accomodated us all perfectly. The location is close to everything- beaches, shops, restaurants and the cute kittle old Kloa town

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for our 8 night stay. I actually feel like the pictures don't do it justice. It feels brand new, and every detail is thought of to make the experience easy. My only feedback is that the chairs for the pool could be upgraded. They work just fine, but the quality do not match everything else you are getting with the house.
Absolutely gorgeous house with all the modern amenities one could want. The decor and layout could not have been more perfect and beautiful. The neighborhood is well manicured with impeccable landscaping. The house is located just minutes from all the amenities Poipu has to offer. You can't go wrong with this home.
The only minor suggestions I would make are to offer at least one cleaning for people staying a week or longer. We stayed 10 days and there was not cleaning offered. They do have cleaning supplies at the house but no vaccum or anything other than a small broom to clean sand etc. Additionally, the lawn chairs and outdoor furniture are starting to get mold.
Everything else was absolutely perfect. Definitely one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed at in all our years of vacationing.

Hale Leimomi was the perfect home for our family of 12! The home and the location couldn't have been better. The home is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views from every room. The kitchen, the gathering areas, the beds, baths, all were wonderful. The outdoor areas were fantastic and beautiful. We spent lots of time outdoors in the Lanai, in the pool and around the pool. The home is in a fabulous, quiet neighborhood with easily accessible walking and running trails in every direction. We had absolutely everything we needed, along with beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, etc. This house was close to shopping, restaurants and to all the activities we desired. The concierge was excellent and took great care of us before our arrival as well. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Amazing!! Out family of 8 people, including 2 kids, spent a magical 10 days in this fantastic home. Amazing location in Koloa with all the amenities a family needs for a stay on Kaua’i. The home is well stocked for beach trips, cooking large family meals, and enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults and the sunset views after an evening swim are some of our favorite memories. The concierge set us up with arrival groceries and with a fantastic photographer for family photos. Timely communication made the stay enjoyable. Very responsive to minor concerns during the stay. The 2 master suites were perfect for the adults and the kids loved the bunk room. We will definitely return to this wonderful home in a great quiet and relaxing location. Great access to all the local beaches!

This is a fabulous vacation villa that is well located in the Poipu area overlooking the golf course (back yard faces southwest, which was perfect for afternoon sun at the pool and sunsets). Online listing was accurate and the villa contains essential kitchen equipment for your stay. Ample beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. was a bonus.

Perfect home for two families loved everything about our stay. My only feedback would be sufficient sun loungers for everyone as there are only 7, and ones with comfortable cushions. It would have been nice to have the maids come in at least once during our 8 days to switch out towels and linens, clean floors with 9 of us at the property it got dirty.

Our family of 12 had a fabulous one week stay at this lovely home. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect. Beautiful home and garden, large kitchen and great living Room area, extremely comfortable beds. Our kids loved the huge bunk beds ( all 4 of them) The outdoor showers were nice plus. When we had a few questions we called the office and got help immediately. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The house is in s gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet and close to shopping areas and 6 minutes from the beach. It has an outdoor TV ( in the covered patio) huge bar-b-q and very large outdoor dining table. The pool and jacuzzi were both great. We all had a fabulous, relaxing stay at this home. The location is great and the house has EVERYTHING you could possibly want and need.

We loved the home, it was spacious, well appointed and beautiful. The views were amazing. Our only negative was the golf course maintenance happening for several days. They were updating the greens, which made it noisy and less private.
This house was perfect fit for family and friends. There were 10 adults each had a bed and each bedroom had full amazing bathrooms. And the pool and view of the ocean was great. Would book it again and again.
