Excellent property in a great location. Exactly as described. The Hilton pool pass was a fantastic bonus!
The condo was just as described and we love how walkable the condo is to the Hilton, the markets, and strolling along Anaehoʻomalu Bay. Having the Hilton passes for my 16 year old son and his friend was a bonus since the pool at Kolea is strict about playing with balls or any pool toys and the Hilton pool is move lively and fun for kids. Communication with Resortica was easy and they were incredibly responsively and timely. The Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped. My only criticism is that the couch is older and not comfortable. Overall, an excellent place we’d stay again.
Best area and complex in the Waikoloa beach area. You won't be disappointed. This would have been a 5-star, except the owners have the thermostat set to only go down to 72, and we like it a little cooler to sleep. If 72 is good for you, stay here.
Excellent location! The shower in the 'little' bathroom doesn't work, but my sister didn't tell me until we got home. Other than that, it was a terrific location!! Thank you for letting us stay!!!1
Excellent location - very short walk to the pool, and to the nearby beach. Unit very nice, everything you could need was there, including beach chairs and umbrella, which was nice. Beds were a bit on the soft side for my liking, but still comfortable. Would definitely consider returning there in the future.

Location is great. Unit needs some TLC but equipt with basics. It was clean for the most part but I have small children and the area rug was really dirty and the bedroom carpets need replacing. Having the Hilton pass was great for the kids. Overall happy with our stay.
Nice condo. Kitchen well equipped. Carpets need cleaning badly. Area rug to filthy. Lovely patio. Good BQ. Bathroom showers need updating. Great location. Enjoyed our visit.

We love staying here when we visit The Big Island. Everything was good in unit. Lots of great beach stuff Including wagon and cooler. Shower in master did not work properly and was hard to get hot water. That is why I gave some four stars. Otherwise Kolea is a 5 star community
