Nice location and nice apartment. Air conditioning is a bit outdated compared to the other units around. Microwave didn’t open. Dust behind the TV and at the portable fan units.
Door code didn’t work. Couldn’t contact host. Had to move to a hotel down the road. Customer service was nice and refunded stay plus 50%. Pretty lame showing up to our condo at 8:30 pm in the dark and not being able to get in. Luckily the hotel had by the PCC had vacancy or we’d have to drive all the way back to Honolulu!
We had a great stay here! The house was fully stocked and very clean. We would stay again.
Was terribly hot in the condo when we first got there. Would be nice to have had the air already on before arriving. Took a good 5-6 hours to cool down. Other than that it was fine

Was not clean when we arrived. Dorito chip mess on floor and furniture. Dirty bathroom with pee on toilet, black whiskers and toothpaste in and aound sink. Had to make the bed and vacuum and sweep the floors, & fold a dryer full of towels before we could finally relax. The microwave door wouldn't open without force and prying. Security light above the front door flashed off and on all night, every night of our stay. Apart from that, we had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable.
We really enjoyed the location of this rental — it’s in a prime spot with easy access to all the North Shore amenities and Turtle Bay Resort. The area is peaceful, and the condo came fully stocked with basics plus thoughtful extras like a beach umbrella and chair. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, and the bed (even without a frame) was very comfortable.The condo was clean, though it does feel a bit worn in places. One thing to note is that the brown bath and facial towels had an odd odor once wet, even after washing — replacing these would be an easy improvement. The AC policy of turning it off during the day meant the condo was quite warm when we returned, so keeping it on a low setting might make guests more comfortable.Overall, this was a convenient and well-equipped home base for exploring the North Shore, and with a few small updates, it could be even better

We liked everything except the stairs up to the bedroom. They were difficult maneuvering if you had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and were half asleep. Very clean property.
Property was very clean and kept up. The Host communicated well. This was a nice quiet getaway on the North Shore of Oahu. Would highly recommend.
This place was great. The host was able to let us check in early. The property was beautiful. Great view and very close to the beach. We really liked the extra beach items they leave for guests to use. Highly recommend!
The location was perfect as we preferred being out of the city area. Close to MANY beaches. The amenities were perfect - washer/dryer, dishwasher, and beach towls! Very clean unit and sofa bed in living room was quite comfortable. If I ever return to Oahu, I would definitely stay here again!
The property was perfectly located for some great beaches, trails and access east and west of the Island. It has views over the golf course and only minutes away from wonderful beaches to swim and snorkel. We saw turtles in and out the water nearby. The facilities were just what we needed and we would definitely return here and recommend to anyone.
The reason we chose this place is location and price. I hated that the bathroom was downstairs from the bedroom, but I knew this booking it. There were a few roaches, but that can be expected in Hawaii. Still not pleasant. We didn't cook or hang out much in the condo, but loved being able to go on walks on the beach in the mornings. The air conditioner is downstairs, and you sleep upstairs, so it was toasty sleeping. Overall, it was sufficient, but not a luxury experience. I would not choose to stay here again.
We have family on the North Shore and were here for a milestone birthday party. There were only two of us in the unit and it was perfect for our stay. Clean, great amenities, excellent communication with host. There was an amazing selection of loose leaf teas and a convenient tea brewer. The unit was a perfect home base in between family gatherings.
The view was amazing. Can’t wait to return!
Nice clean condo unit on a golf course. Good location to visit Waimea Falls , Haleiwa, and the Polynesian Center. Very comfortable sleeping loft. Ritz Carlton right down the road. Great for sunset watching. Huge TV with more than basic cable for a late night movie.

Nice appartement on golf course. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Good a/c and fan, but quite warm to sleep under the roof. Fully equiped kitchen and beach gear. Safe and quiet place.
It was nice to have our own space.The place was clean and well stocked. The only negative was construction noise in the apartment next door one of the days we were there but that is not anything the owner had control over. We just decided to leave and explore for the day.

Very nice condo with a nice view of the golf course. Walking distance to beach.
The condo was in a wonderful location next to beautiful Turtle Bay right on the golf course. Parking was awesome. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and Joel was super quick to respond with the few questions we had. We highly recommend and plan to stay again someday!
I found my condo comfortable, clean and excellent for my needs...The owner has done a nice job modernizing the appliances and bathroom. If you're looking for a resort hotel, this is not it but rather a nice comfortable condo that meet my needs quite well. Thanks to all for the upkeep.
We loved this place. Has many items like coffee and tea , laundry soap, shampoo etc. made it very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again, great location, close to Waimea valley, bonsai pipeline, and Polynesian cultural center... All must sees on the north shore!
The location was perfect.
We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay on Turtle Bay. Leave the light on in the hallway at night to make the stairs easier to navigate in the dark.
The condo was very clean, well furnished and the owner has paid a particular attention for details so you don't missed anything! Mahalo
My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for vacation. To say this place was excellent would be an understatement. Place was clean, easy accessible area, and had everything we could need. We are runners so we ran through turtle bay resort every morning . That was one of the best perks of this place. So safe and so easy to get around. The host had coffee available , snorkel gear (we brought our own but the gesture was appreciated), beach chairs and everything else someone would want when they want to feel at home on vacation. I would recommend this place to everyone .
