Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a lovely stay here for a week! The location is great for exploring Kauai; we were easily able to get to the north shore, southern beaches, Waimea canyon, and Lihue. The unit and building are well maintained and the kids absolutely loved the pools and water slides!
We love Kauai and the central location of Kapa’a! This was our first time staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and it did not disappoint. The condo was spacious had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our family of 6 and was cleaner than other places we have stayed in Kapa’a. We appreciated the ground floor location and ease of access to the parking lot, especially when unloading our stuff after a long day at the beach. It is also right across the street from Safeway which is handy for groceries. The pool area was awesome! We had a large family group staying here and kids ages 3 to 20. They loved the water slides, the waterfall cave and the 3 hot tubs and the beach. Our unit had 4 beach chairs and a cooler which was handy. Check-in was easy and our stay was lovely. We will be back!
Beautiful condominium centrally located. The pool was a hit with the family. It had everything we needed and more.
This condo was in the perfect location, at an amazing resort, and had the best layout for my family and I! We loved the dual-master suites, nice appliances, and the host was able to accommodate our request for a pack’n play for our baby and early check-in! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing and location accessible to have all stores across the street! The unit we stayed in was AMAZING! Corner downstairs unit, so it was easy to load and unload from the parking lot. The perfect amount of space and bathrooms for 5 adults. The kitchen was modern and organized, plus the stackable washer/dryer was very useful. I loved that each room had a sliding door to the lanai! The closeness to the pool was perfect, and a few steps further we were on the beach! We will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay!! We had easy access to many different types of amenities: pool, beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in. When we communicated with the property management, they were quick to reply. We highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future. Mahalo!
