The proximity to a small beach was unbeatable, with steps leading to a grassy area and a small, but not swimable beach (big enough to get your toes wet, though) and the community pool. Sunrises were amazing. The unit is not air conditioned. The first few days on Kauai were unseasonably warm, so the unit was warm. However, the manager made sure to get me extra fans immediately when I explained how warm it was, and they made all the difference. The condos are some of the oldest in this area, so just like in an older home, things need constant attention. Overall, I would stay here again. The manager was superb!

A fabulous place to stay. Being on the end by the sea gives a lovely sea breeze and the best views of dawn from your own balcony.

My family (2 kids 2 adults) had an amazing stay here. Beautiful home, right next to the beach. Kids had fun exploring the critters in the tide pools. It was warm in July but we were fine with the fans. The place had all the creature comforts we needed to have an amazing 8 day vacay. Fun rec room with ping pong too. Thank you!

We took a family vacation for a week and had an excellent stay. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were extremely help since we packed light. Overall condition of the property was excellent. Our kids utilized the game room and pool. Access to the ocean was also very nice. We also used the grilling area and had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The sound of the ocean and the breeze was so calming, we say our on the lanai multiple times each day to enjoy the view, and the second bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers. The unit was well appointed, and we appreciated having the laundry in the bathroom - it made packing for our trip much easier. Kapaa is centrally located, so we were able to drive to various destinations around the island without feeling like we were in the car all day. There were plenty of clothes hangers, closet space, and empty drawers, so we weren't tripping over our suitcases all week. The designated parking spot and an elevator at the building were also much appreciated.

This property had everything we needed, and the location on the island was convenient, whether we wanted to go to the north shore or the south. The best part was to be right on the beach. The sound of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises made this a perfect vacation. The owner was so easy to deal with and very responsive. This was one of our very best vacations ever!

We loved the place! Perfect location on the ocean/beach and central to everything on the island. The beach is not good for swimming but that is not a deterrent. Every morning we could sit on the grass or on our lanai and watch the sunrise. Every night the windows were open to hear the ocean! Thanks, Jay and Sheila!

Wonderful place to spend our week on Kauai. Condo accommodated our family of 4 well. Had everything we needed. We were fine without A/C which was a concern of mine on booking and was thankful that the fans were enough. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

It had everything we needed in kitchen. Very nicely decorated and updated. Had washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven…corner unit with good breezes, fans kept us cool. View of ocean and sunrises.

Once we found the unit (address was in an email that I missed so my fault for struggling to locate). Property manager saved the day and directed us to location. Apartment was comfortable and we were pleased with the unit. We wanted low key and quiet at night and that's what we got! Great price for being right on the ocean with a beautiful view. Woke up to amazing sunrises. We were quite happy Kauai Kailani.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on the ocean, very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Property is clean, nicely decorated and easily fits family of 4. Jay was very responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Magnificent location! End unit with wonderful sunrise views from the balcony. The unit was very clean and stocked. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus (bring liquid soap). Assigned parking spot is conveniently located next to elevator if you choose to use. Wonderful cool ocean breeze from every angle is amazing as well.

My stay here was pretty good as it’s right next to the beach. you get a great breeze which is necessary as there is no AC. there were some issues with the plumbing and floors/counters were a little sticky, but overall loved the location, and beds were comfortable.

The unit was perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. Opening windows helped keep the humidity and temperature down. Having the washer and dryer was great. We cooked breakfast every morning there and appreciated the amenities. Location right on the beach was gorgeous.

We love this condo, the location is perfect, the beds are perfect, the view is perfect and the pool/waterfront are perfect!

The until was clean and had everything we needed - all we had to buy was our own groceries. Great spot to head out from for each days worth of fun. And on days we stayed, the pool was great! Watching the waves from our balcony calming and relaxing. Thank you for sharing your wonderful unit with us!!

Highly recommend this gem of a location. Oceanfront waves, epic sunrises, walkable shoreline, swimming pool, and community room are all bonuses. The condo is on the top floor with 2 extra ocean-facing windows. One bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, ample storage space, extra linens & slat windows that allow the ocean waves to lull you to sleep. One flex room with two comfy twin beds, more ample storage space & a closet full of beach gear. Beautiful lanai, updated & fully stocked kitchen, multiple dining areas, and treats upon arrival. Place was immaculate and worked great for our family of three. Our 11 yo loved the pool & shoreline. There were no photos of the bathroom, but it was updated, fully stocked with both bath towels & beach towels as well as a washer & dryer. Jay was kind, informative & a pleasure to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again.

I'm in the majority of reviewers. It was a great stay....nothing could have made it better. And the heavy duty shopping bag was perfecr for going across the street to Safeway or hauling stuff to the beach. Perfection!
