Very clean great for people watching
The location right next to Waikiki beach and the marina was great. We loved the corner window for that beautiful view. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Our only problem was wild swings in shower temperatures that ranged from scalding to freezing. I’m not sure what could be done. Maybe it’s a building problem. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Honolulu.
Couple things..The shower goes from extreme hot to extreme cold..A hand held shower would work better. The soaker tub was not working so was mislead on that as it was advertised on VRBO. Very noisy. There is a pub on the main floor alots of traffic with revving of motorbikes and cars..The windows are likely the original windows. They left ear plug on pillow , but you could still hear the music.JANNA was fabulous though. Any concerns she was quick to respond and there to help.Its a very cute place. Lots of stuff from beach chairs, umbrella, cooler snorkel gear, shampoo ,conditioner, body wash, lots of spices ,coffee,tea..Also
Could definitely use some better cleaning, hair & dust & food & coffee remnants in all drawers & refrigerator. the property manager or owner had a little bit of an attitude problem, but all in all, the spot was good & great that they include beach stuff in the closet. They could put on the Vrbo details that the laundry is not in the unit but rather on a whole separate floor. Thanks
i’ve stayed in multiple units in this same Ilkikai Marina building. This one is definitely one of the top one or two that I’ve stayed at. The owner is a great host and keeps in touch and is open minded to any issues or problems. (no issues I had this trip!)nicely furnished, with a beautiful two-way view… Unfortunately, I was not there for the Friday night fireworks, but it must be a spectacular location to watch them from
Perfectly located close by Waikīkī walkway and lagoon. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom area and the wonderful pub down below for both take out and atmosphere. The condo had all we needed and the end unit allowed us to have views from two sides! Thank you Janna!
Stay was good, a few roaches so didn't use the drawers , afraid of bringing hitch hikers home. Beautiful location just bummed about the view os Marina trash and homeless down below wasn't pleasant a bit noisy at night earplugs they supplied did not help, probably won't rebook but great location for fireworks for sure

Beautiful furnishings, well stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need, comfortable bed and couch for sitting or sleeping. What we enjoyed the most was the views. Friday night fireworks, boats going in and out of the harbor, many with Christmas lights. Every evening and morning we sat on the lanai and marveled at the sights. I especially enjoyed my two cups of coffee every morning on the lanai. Thank you Janna. I hope to stay here again!
Had trouble finding things and using the TV. Surprised when we were threatened by the host. Towels smelled of very strong chemicals/perfume so we washed them. Sheets we washed too. Floor could definitely be cleaner and bathroom functionality is borderline. Still, the kitchen is great and mornings at the table and the view we really enjoyed.
We enjoyed our stay- loved the location to the harbor, to the beach and to the shopping center. The sunset views every night were amazing. The parking was so nice to have as well. Overall a great stay!
This was our 3rd time staying here and we enjoy our stay there every time. Janna is good at responding when there are questions. Place is just as it looks, incredible views and great location. Well be back again next year!
The best part of this condo was the view. We were able to watch the sunset every night. It is unfortunate that the marina water is full of garbage. Parking was expensive but convenient.
Such a wonderful propety to spend some time at. We enjoyed this unit very much. Perfect for a couple, but could accomodate 2 couples with the pull out.

We had no issues with anything at all, super clean and in such a fantastic location. With near by bars, restaurants stores and such.
Close to stops to pick up tours so no real need for a car.
We can not wait until the next time. We will be back and stay here again.

Property is just as described. My bestie and I came to Hawaii, the first time for us both, to celebrate our birthdays. This condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only reason I gave a 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is because we found roaches running around every time we came back from being out. Not sure if it has to do with the hot and humid climate. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!
Unit with amazing veiws, was a great place to watch the friday night fireworks from the balcony.
Very comfortable bed and cleanunit unit
Very convenient location. Perfect relative to grocery shopping at the Food Pantry. Food land is a not too far walk. All of the services available at the Hilton Hawaiian Village are convenient. Be sure to try The Grove in the Modern since there is a 2nd floor bridge that takes you right there. Bus stops in all directions a block away.
Great location and well stocked, especially with beach provisions. Definitely would only stay here with max two people - the pullout couch is uncomfortable and slopes downhill, but the main bed was quite agreeable. Also, the adjacent unmanned parking garage is difficult to navigate. If there is an event at Waikiki (which there was three of our nights) it can take more than 30 minutes just to enter the garage. The ticket reader at the exit also broke once trapping a long line of cars in the garage for a time.
Lovely stay at the Ilikai Marina. Nice location. Could walk to restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend. The only downside is the parking lot. Very difficult to pay and navigate the “In and Out” rate. We ended up paying for an extra day of parking because there was a line of cars behind us waiting to Exit the lot. The machine was not properly reading our ticket. Beautiful view from the prope
The views were awesome! Access was very easy. You most definitely want to use your google maps when you are walking downtown. If you are driving, you most definitely will need to have gps on just to know all the one ways are or you will be going in circles. Lots to do!
Janna’s condo was great for our anniversary trip to Hawaii. The view was gorgeous! She was very responsive with our questions and minor issues.
I only give 4 stars because the condo building did not have a pool. We were able to use the pool next door secretly though, which was awesome. We also were also disappointed that the Outback that we thought was in the building was now a Red Lobster. The parking garage is $28 I think every day, which is steep and there is no attendant there ever to ask questions. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciate Janna’s hospitality!
We came to Hawaii to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday! What a great place to stay! It had views for miles and the Friday night Hilton fireworks were visible from the balcony! Parking was easy and just a pleasant place to stay! Highly recommended this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Weather was perfect, view awesome some problems checking in but after that straightened out, all was well.

The condo itself is as pictured but it overlooks the harbor which is full of trash. There were cockroaches in the kitchen on the counters at night. There is no information book about the property and the Wi-Fi info was very hard to find. Other than that, it’s centrally located and walking distance to the beach and downtown. Next time I’ll find a place with a pool though.
My husband and I came to Hawaii as a Bucket List trip as we are both retired and this condo was perfect. And the view was gorgeous. Would def book again.
Property was in a perfect walking location to everything in Waikiki. Parking garage was attached to the unit.

We stayed at the Ilikai marina condo #780 the two last week of March 2024 and were not disappointed.The view is simply amazing directly at the marina and a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton lagoon,not to mention the breathtaken sunset every night.The condo is equipped with everything you need and our host was so kind and quick to answer all of our questions and needs.Mahalo Jenna for making our hawaiian vacation more memorable with your beautiful condo.R&A Doiron N-B Canada
This is an old building but this unit was nicely decorated and clean. I loved sitting out on the lanai every morning with a cup of coffee and every evening with a glass of wine. Seeing the fireworks on Friday night from the lanai was awesome! We didn’t cook much except eggs for breakfast but the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans and also with spices, etc. This building is within walking distance of my cousin’s place, Pau Hana, and he’s the one who recommended the building to us. Thanks Mark as we loved our stay here!
We were greeted by 3 roaches in the cupboard and on the kitchen floor upon arrival & everyday after. Obviously, this set a crappy first impression & sour mood at the start of our trip since we actually use the kitchens in the places we stay at. Now, every pan, dish, utensil & counters needs to be washed PRIOR to using them.
She knew about the roaches as evidenced by roach traps under the kitchen sink & roach spray in closets. Thereafter, we saw roaches everyday in and around the kitchen.
The roach problem was due to a leak under the kitchen sink which ended up all over the kitchen floor. She had a pan already placed under the leak which meant that this was also known.
The leak was handled immediately but the handyman was disgusting, leaving dirty tools & gloves all over the counters. DISGUSTING!
The kitchen is described as a gourmet kitchen. It's not. The freezer that is part of the fridge is broken so now there's a freezer in the utility closet. The whole apt shows signs of wear.
As for ethical business practice & behavior, this owner falls WAY short. Months ago, she agreed on a specific amount to refund due to a cancelled trip when COVID hit. The refund was to be issued upon check in on this trip. We actually had to pay for this reservation even though we had already paid. Yes, the owner made us DOUBLE PAY. That was the first strike. Then when we were issued the refund, it was less than the stated amount. In effect, the owner's word was and is worthless.
