Our recent stay exceeded our expectations and made our time in Maui truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners have poured incredible care and attention into creating a welcoming, luxurious, and relaxing environment.The condo is immaculate and beautifully updated with modern furnishings, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for starting our day, the and comfortable living space offered the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the island.The bedrooms were equally impressive. The beds were comfortable with crisp, high-quality linens, and the air conditioning units in each room ensured restful sleep each night. The bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and amenities.The resort grounds are well maintained, and the proximity to Kamaole Beach Park II was a major highlight. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for great days on the beach (beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and beach wagon).The location in Kihei offered easy access to Wailea, Lahaina, Haleakalā, and the Road to Hana for day trips. Kihei is a laid back community, so evenings were calm.Communication with the owner was outstanding from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a seamless and memorable trip.
The condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfy. We like to cook meals in rather than go out and found the kitchen well stocked. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were firm and plenty of pillows. Lots of beach chairs for use plus coolers for the beach. All in all, a great stay!
The condo was great and very close to Kam Sands 3. The kitchen was top tier and fully stocked with everything we needed right down to aprons. Really appreciated the place!
Five of us stayed in the condo for Christmas week. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands complex previously and have always loved it. This condo was one of the best units we have rented. It has an excellent layout, the bathrooms were well appointed, beach towels were provided, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked both in terms of cookware and also spices and condiments. Would absolutely stay again.
The property is in a very central location with many restaurants nearby and across from the beach. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't in the condo. The owner was quick to reply and even gave us advice on tours and restaurants. I would highly recommend. It is a 10/10.
We had the most amazing time. The property and unit were absolutely stunning. So close to absolutely everything and incredibly well stocked! Can’t wait to come back.
We had a perfect stay! Our communication with Steve was excellent. The condo was fully stocked and very comfortable for our family of 4 with two teen children. Will definitely be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve’s condo. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location between the pool and beach. The lanai was nice and spacious with a great ocean view to enjoy. We would definitely book this unit again.
This property was top notch from start to finish. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed for fun at both beach and pool. An extremely comfortable, lovely condo. Steve was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s condo. The whole process from booking to confirmation to check in went very smoothly. Steve is very easy to work with and the unit was perfect for our Maui trip. It had more than we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, beach blankets, etc. The location, being across the street from the beach, was fabulous for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance from the beach, very clean, very good communication from the host. We had a wonderful stay, three kids under 8 and a few adults. I have no complaints, we had just a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again someday.

Gorgeous remodeled unit, the owners take excellent care of it. Is stocked with everything you could need for a wonderful stay! The owners are super responsive and easy to work with. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
