We had a wonderful family vacation. This condo met all our family needs and more. The kids enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Beach was wonderful and very clean. Saw sea turtles everyday. Waves were calm and easy for our 18month to play/splash in. Woulddefinitelyreturn!!oplay in

We loved our stay in Waikoloa and this property. The place was clean and beautiful. Had everything that you would need. It was so nice staying here after staying in a resort hotel room for a week. Robert was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The location of the property was a short walk to the pool and beach. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is unbeatable. The location and amenities are fantastic! The pool and beach access are enviable, and the proximity to both the King’s Shops and Queen’s Market are highly convenient. We only had a couple questions, and the owner’s/manager’s responsiveness was quick and informative. The only thing that didn’t exceed our expectations was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very squeaky. (It doesn’t even signify, but I don’t want this to sound like a cookie cutter review!) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family of four had a great stay at Robert’s condo. Having access to beach towels, beach gear, and toys was incredibly helpful traveling with young kids. The kitchen and lanai were well stocked for dining in. This condo complex is wonderful with a great pool and beach access. Robert was easy to communicate with and would highly recommend staying here.
This is a great location- easy access to ocean, snorkeling, beach club, shopping and dining. The villa was well equipped and worked nicely for our family. Instructions were perfect!! Would love to return! Mahalo!!

Fantastic unit in an amazing community. Was our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood. Short stroll down the beach to Lava Lava Beach Club, a fantastic feet in the sand waterfront restaurant. Next door to a Marriott hotel giving the convenience of buffet breakfasts and an amazing Luau Monday and Wednesday nights. We will definitely be back.
Great location as it’s across of the king shops. The beach access is near the pool and wasn’t busy at all. It was so relaxing!
We had a great rip in Robert’s condo.,I have always wanted to stay in Kolka Kai with its beautiful amenities including beach access to A Bay and close proximity to dining and shopping.

Wonderful 12 days at Kolea. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The variety of beach items was most appreciated. Robert was great with communication and directions. We look forward to visiting again. 🏝️

The apartment is better than what you expect, the complex/resort is stunning, surrounding areas are simply beautiful, having so close markets, shops, restaurants, and all you need! also, the apartment has everything for the beach, and beyond. Robert the owner responded very quickly, gave us great suggestions of what to do, and was very easy to communicate with, we will definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful time staying at the condo in Kolea. The condo itself was clean and just as described in the listing. Everything went fine during our stay, but if it hadn't, communication with the property manager was very easy. The kids loved the pool area and the beach. Definitely would consider returning on a future vacation!
Condo is roomy and nice, but the grounds and the beach club are really beautiful and well kept. The pool area is large and very inviting. The pool wasn't too busy and overlooks the bay and the ocean. It is a short walk from there to the beach. The condo is within walking distance to a grocery store, shops and restaurants.
Our family of four loved this condo! After having spent a few nights on Oahu we decided to venture to the Big Island for some adventuring.
The location is excellent and we liked that it was in a gated neighborhood. Walking distance to pool, beach, golf, and great shopping. It also appeared to be on the sunny side of the island and we had sunny skies and 80F+ every day we were there; while other parts of the island were cloudy/raining.
The "Toy" closet was fully stocked with flippers, goggles, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards (and other stuff). Super convenient for our beach trips.
The condo itself is very well built with great appliances and finishes. Everything was clean, dry, cool and ready for when we arrived.
Communication was also fantastic, with plenty of instructions for arrival, departure, and in between. It was also timely and proactive. When we arrived one of the toilets was running, I called Robert (who was incidentally on another continent) and he answered promptly and we had the issue settled quickly.
We are already looking at booking this property again for our next spring break. Very nice!
The resort of Kolea Kai is beautiful. We especially love the infinity pool with a view of the ocean and a path leading to ABay. Our condo was well equipped and comfortable. The only suggestion we would have for improvement is mattress updates. The appliances are top notch. The grill is very nice. It was nice to have a closet full of outdoor equipment including beach chairs.
Clean property with everything we needed for a wonderful stay on the Big Island!
