Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. The location is unbeatable - walk to upscale dining and shopping or take a quick 3-minute drive to the beautiful 'Anaeho'omalu Bay for snorkeling and water activities. Our villa is the perfect starting point to explore everything Waikoloa-Hawaii has to offer.
Relax on our covered lanai, featuring an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas grill, granite slab countertops, and bar sink, perfect for cooking and dining an Island inspired meal.
This private-gated complex provides a fitness room, 2 resort style pools, spas, multiple barbecue grills by the pools with dining tables to enjoy family dinner. If you prefer to dine out, there is a number of great walkable restaurants and bars, Lava Lava Beach Club, A-Bays, Roy's, Kuleana Rum Shack, Aloha Wine Bar, Starbucks, etc. There is also an Island Gourmet Market and fresh farmer market which offer an abundance of options to please everyone! The beach walk with multiple access points is just a few minutes' walk from our unit. This Beachwalk from A-Bay to the Hilton and beyond is not to be missed, tide pools, dolphins, whales, and turtles all can be seen on occasion.
Waikoloa Beach Shop has all your needed beach amenities and along with paddleboard/Kayak rentals. Consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the country, Hapuna State Beach is a short 10-minute drive, Waialea Bay Beach 69 is a 10-minute drive and is a great shady beach and snorkeling destination, when the surf is calm.
If you love Malasadas, some of the best on the island can be found at a Malasada food truck just before the Old Puako Rd turn off to go Beach 69. The food is so good here!

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, six beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Iron: There is 1 Iron and an ironing board.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.

Had an awesome experience. A-Bay beach is 4 mins drive. Queens marketplace shops and King’s shops are walking distance. Lot of dining options nearby. Community pool was perfect for kids. 10/10 would recommend and def stay here again!
We had an Amazing time with two adults and two children. Lots of variety of supplies! Great location! We will definitely book same place and company again!

A wonderfully furnished unit had everything we needed, including beachchairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear if we needed it in the garage the grounds were beautiful would definitely rent this unit again
I was disappointed that the unit did not have a rice cooker and the outside grill did not work. We wasted our steaks because he had to use the oven. There was also mold in the washer so we didn’t use it. We did like the location and the house was nice.
My family and I had a fantastic vacation. I liked the location of the condo. It is so close to many places we went. That was nice because we didn’t spend our vacation driving all over. The unit is comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the patio and outside bbq. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great too.
Fantastic spot in great location close to shops and beaches. Host is great highly recommend. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, cooler bag etc. 5 star experience all around

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was perfect. It had everything we needed and more! It is also in a very walkable area which we loved: close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for six of us (4 adults, 2 kids). The beach and snorkel gear in the garage was an added bonus and came in extra handy as there are lots of great beaches and snorkeling spots in the area. We highly recommend this vacation rental and can’t wait to come back again!
