Plus side, ground floor, fairly large, & clean.Minus side, wifi did not work, car is included unless stay is 6 nights or more, turning lights on and off was strange.
Everything was exceptional! Perfect vacation with reasonable cost! Best part is how close to the beach you are, especially the villas!
This was our dream vacation! The accommodations were perfect with the exception of the master bedroom mattress. However when we made guest services aware at 830am. By noon we had a brand new mattress! We were so grateful for the quick response! We also appreciated that we had all the toiletries, kitchenware, laundry supplies and beach supplies to start our vacation immediately upon arrival! We hands down recommend Kaanapali Shores for a smooth and enjoyable dream vacation! Thank you and we hope to be back soon! ? ps the keyless entry was also very convenient!
Coming to Maui for many years did not realize this resort was right on the beach. We will return here again this is pefect for us.
Just wrapped a quick 4 night trip to to Maui (myself, wife and 1 year old son) overall the condo was nice but could be so much more with minimal upgrades and a deep clean. Its a bit of a dated looking interior but not too bad the couch has see better days that was probably the biggest drawback not comfortable and looking like it was from the mid 1980's you want a comfortable place to sit and relax, the bedrooms were nice but could use a fresh coat of paint. Location was great next to the pool and bar area was great and the ocean is just a few steps further. Overall id stay at the property again but look for a more recently renovated unit.
Everything was perfect. Closeness to the beach was the best part and the fact the condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and all needed appliances.
Beautiful Ka'anapali! The unit is extremely convenient--watch the waves from the living room. The beach gear--towels, chairs, boogie boards--were appreciated. Wish the wifi had been better, but overall a very comfortable stay. The resort's restaurant was friendly and reasonably priced
The resort and the room are awesome. Room 155 is by far the best location. The ocean is just steps away. The pool and onsite restaurant is across the walkway. You will not be disappointed.
KBM was wonderful to work with. Everything was exactly as pictured and promised. I would definitely use KBM again. Kaanapali Shores is a beautiful resort in the perfect location with amazing amenities. Our unit (155) was in the perfect location- beautiful view of the ocean, and steps away from the pool, restaurant, and parking spot. Thank you KBM.
This unit was perfect for our family. We have stayed in this area of Kaanapali before, and it is our favorite part of the island. Many great beaches nearby (Kapalua bay is a favorite), snorkelling at Honoloa, and close to Lahaina.
The condo had all the amenities we needed, and opened up to shared grounds containing gardens, 2 pools, and a nice beach. Live music a couple of nights from the restaurant near one of the pools was great to hear from the patio. The extra toys (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels) in the closet were an awesome feature that we used a lot. Would highly recommend to people to stay here, and we look forward to a return visit sometime soon!
