The Beach Villa was a wonderful place to stay. It met all of our needs and was conveniently located near shops and great local food. Communication was excellent from start to finish! We plan to choose this villa again in the future and would recommend it to anyone in need of accommodation.

Truly paradise! This was a superbly beautiful condo in an idyllic location. The condo looks professionally decorated and is very comfortable and functional.Gorgeous artwork! The photos don't even come close to showcasing the beauty of this property. We had a group of six ( my husband and I, the grandparents, and our teen sons). Plenty of room for everyone. Our sons slept in the living room on the pullout, but there were very high-quality Japanese futons housed in the second bedroom that could have been used as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Hours were spent on the lanai with a distant ocean view. The grounds were spectacular with lush landscaping, a koi pond, several pools and hot tubs, situated on a warm and quiet ocean cove with decent snorkeling. Speaking of snorkeling, there was a closet full of everything you could need for a perfect beach day ( 2 coolers, floats, noodles, sand toys, snorkel gear, football, several chairs...) I believe the pools were open 7am-9pm. The complex is exceptionally quiet and well-kept. Enjoy cocktails at the beach bar and listen to the live music. We loved walking to Secret Beach at both sunrise and sunset- saw turtles and monk seals. A walk around Disney's Aulani at night was great fun-dole whip and live music. Longboards, next door at the Marriott, had a killer ocean view,great live music and a delish prime rib special. Walking around the shops and restaurants across the street was a fun nighttime activity.
This is the absolute best place to stay on Oahu! The resort is peaceful and has a beautiful layout. The condo was pristine, and maintenance was very responsive to the problems we encountered (that were unforeseeable by the owner). The lagoon was amazing as well! We will definitely choose this resort and condo again when we return!
Great villa in a nice location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Resort had all the amenities we needed. Nice pools, koi ponds, gym, quick elevators, and beach lagoon that was much less crowded than the others nearby. Villa had everything we needed. Owner was responsive when we had a parking request (our rental was larger than the original parking spot we were given). Will stay again.
Ray was a fantastic host! Enjoyed staying at this villa with absolutely stunning views and a very short walk to a private beach.

Beautiful grounds. Quiet.
I travel to Hawaii often for work, but don’t get to bring my family very much. This was the nicest place I have stayed and we had so much room! The living space is fantastic with so many places to relax. We especially enjoyed the lanai with table and chairs that made it easy to enjoy most of our meals outside. The kitchen had everything we needed and the meal prep was easy. Having two full bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own space. The quality of construction was fantastic and the rooms were some of the quietest I have ever been in. No noise from other rooms or outside. We enjoyed the beach chairs and other toys in the closet. Saved quite a bit of money and was very convenient.
The condo was beautiful. The large sliding doors opened all the way up and allowed us to rest while listening to the waves and wind. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go swimming multiple times a day. This was the best vacation I’ve had in years, and a big part of that was due to the amenities, and luxury, and promity of this condo. I highly recommend it.

This is a great property. Ray was great to deal with. Clean and location is great. The beach area is fantastic and never too busy.
Everything was like new, the facility was first rate the patio was beautiful and had a side ocean view perfect for sunrises. All of the furniture and appliances appeared to be brand new incredibly clean and model home quality. If there were any issues contacting the owner, the issues were resolved immediately. I was incredibly impressed With the responsiveness. I would not have second thoughts about staying here again. This is a vacation not to be missed.

Absolutely love beach villas in Ko olina. Our stay and room was so enjoyable. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets and beach view from balcony. Would stay here again and again!
The Villa was beautifully decorated and inviting. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. The surrounding grounds were well maintained, beautiful and quiet. We appreciate that our host was so accommodating to our needs.
It was very helpful to have a market place nearby.
Only suggestion would be to have bars in the shower to support those who might need it.
We would love to return!
Unit and parking are in a good location.
When we got in the unit, we didn't settle in right away because housekeeping came in to clean since the unit has been vacant for 3 weeks per Clariza. They mopped and dusted inside and out and towels were put out.
Loved the balcony and we were able to sit out there and relax and enjoy the view. The unit had all the small appliances we needed including hair dryer and Keurig.
Property is beautiful, I'm glad we got to hang out at the pool. Overall, it was a nice stay.
Perfect place for a family looking to relax. Spacious and clean place. The host is very attentive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family had a great time at the pools, bar, and lagoon. The condo was spacious and with an awesome balcony. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We took advantage of morning walks with amazing views. We felt at home and were so sad to leave. We look forward hopefully coming back soon!
From the moment you are met by the check-in Concierge you are treated like royalty. The condo itself is immaculate with high end finishes. Our family felt so spoiled every morning to have coffee on the lanai watching the wildlife and the ocean. We hope to be back soon!

Was a great family vacation in a great condo and property. Ray was easy to work with and very responsive. The pools and lagooon are very nice.
We loved our second stay at this property. The condo itself is quiet, clean and perfect for our family of 4. The complex is my favorite in Ko olina - right on the beach and with two great pools. My kids loved the 2x daily chance to feed the fish. Ray was super helpful and responsive.
