Stunning view, Clean and abundant accommodations, very quiet setting, Private floor, fast and easy access. The resort was very private and not as busy the other two resorts besides it, the Marriott and Disney's Aulani which were both very busy and more energetic lively. When considering stay, required living room and kitchen. More then a room with a couple of beds and a bathroom. Needed a central gathering room. Quiet with a lani and sunset view. Staff was courteous, professional, and most of all personal. Great stay for a family of 6 with great spacing and cool sunsets.
We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival Neal gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and the unit so that we knew where everything was. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We had trouble getting any of the bathroom hand soap dispensers to pump out any soap, but otherwise everything worked well. The view off the lanai was magnificent and the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed several sunsets from there. We loved the Ko Olina area as a place to stay on the island.

Property was gorgeous and unit was well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The sunset views were spectacular! Great communication and quick response time from Sherry. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Truly the best service. Neil was awesome too. The kids loved participating in the feeding of the Koi fish each day. We will definitely be back!
From check in to check out everything went smoothly. We were met at the curb by an agent who quickly handled all our luggage and gave us a tour of the property with great suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The grounds are beautiful, the lagoons are great for swimming and the condo is exactly as shown. It is very well appointed with anything you can imagine. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Fantastic stay. So good in fact we booked again for next year. Fantastic complex, great to get out of the zoo of Honolulu.
Very nice place. The balcony was an amazing place to hang out and watch the sunset. The property had everything we could want for a week at the beach and the area was a paradise.

The location was amazing! The view was incredible! The accommodations were great! Much attention was given to furnishing/stocking the unit so we had everything we needed and then some. On our next trip to Hawaii, we would love to stay here again!
The villa was amazing and accurate. Our baby enjoyed the safety of the kiddie pool and lagoon. Our in-laws enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai. The villa itself was very spacious and we appreciated all the thought put into providing essentials for vacationers. We would definitely book again and Sherry was wonderful with communications and helping us get formula for our baby upon arrival. We love a more private experience and previously stayed at Turtle Bay's Bungalows but in a heartbeat would book this unit again.
We were so happy to find this Penthouse Villa and were so happy with our stay. The Villa is exactly as described and pictured but even more beautiful. What a wonderful location to spend our dream vacation with our family. This resort had everything you would need to enjoy your time on Oahu! Huge thank you and shoutout to Sherry for her prompt responses to our questions and to Neal for his expertise is showing us around the resort. Our family was able to enjoy the entire island knowing that we would be coming home each evening to relax in a spectacular villa! Mahalo!

The views from the balcony are incredible. We spent every night out on the balcony. The beaches are not crowded. Numerous food options are within a 15-minute walking distance. Sherry responded in less than a minute when I sent a text about the washing machine. It was a great experience.
We couldn’t be happier with the unit and the complex. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean with a nice view of the ocean. The property was impressive. We enjoyed the pool (peaceful) and that they had grills as we cooked in two nights (the restaurants can be a little expensive). We would definitely consider staying there again.
While on a short chemo break, I gathered 2 good friends for a last minute trip to Ko'Olina. It was everything I hoped for. The balcony looks out onto a beautiful lagoon and beach which was never crowded. The condo was nicely furnished and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The only small issue was the phone charging outlets did not work well. Highly recommend!
Beautiful penthouse condo. All the amenities. My wife and I played on the beach and relaxed for a week. Could ask for a better location or experience with the property managers!

Wonderful property, wonderful host!....views were amazing! Had everything we needed and then some! Always stay at Beach Villas when we go to Oahu, and it never disappoints...it's the perfect set up!
This was about as ideal as possible. Sherry and Neal were very helpful leading up to our stay and in getting us oriented. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The snorkel gear was a little worse for wear and didn’t fit most of us, but it was easy to buy/rent others, so it wasn’t a big deal. Being on the lagoon is perfect! We drove to other beaches but all agreed that ours was the best. We will definitely recommend this property and visit again!
Absolutely beautiful condo - clean, comfortable, so well-stocked. Everything you could need for beach/pool days. Loved the balcony - spent lots of time relaxing there on comfy furniture with a great view.
