Stayed with a family of 8 adults in July. Unit was very clean except for some issues with areas that are hard to clean or see. The host was responsive and worked with us to get things right.The beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers made the beach experience amazing. My family was super impressed with the pool area as well! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and plenty of storage for food and drinks even for a group of 8 adults!The beach is a 5 minute walk - it isn't bad but not great. The drive to Makena Beach was well worth it over Wailea beach. The pool is very close to the condo compared to the other condos as well.We brought knives and plastic wrap and foil - needed nothing else!

This property was truly so beautiful! Our family reunion of 8 siblings with our 87 year old Mom had the best time! The views are lovely, the full moon off the lanai every evening was memorable. Plenty of space for us all to enjoy together, and have privacy. The property is so quiet and the pool area is great and only a few people there! The host is responsive and takes care of any issues. Everything was sparkling clean and all the supplies for the beach were so helpful. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Nice restaurants within a short drive. We hope to come and stay again, this place really made our trip!!!

Our experience was mixed. Upon arrival a number of issues were identified. Response was prompt which was a pleasant surprise. Condition of unit is not unique. We have rented in Ho’olei for many years and many of these units are showing their age. Some have been refurbished but in others there are always things that don’t work, lights are burned out, elevators don’t work, etc. These places get cleaned but that’s pretty much it. This unit was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, etc.but some lights were burned out, cable tv and elevator didn’t work. Host says they don’t know about problems unless somebody tells them - huh? For the rental prices they charge these places should be pristine. Be prepared for similar experience.

Family greatly enjoyed the condo. Priceless ocean views and sunsets. Well equipped and the Property Manager was very responsive. Would stay again.

We have stayed at Ho’Olei properties in the past and they never disappoint. Spacious and convenient are the two number one things that come to mind. We were a 17 person, multi family group staying in Maui for my parents 50th Anniversary. We rented two units to accommodate everyone and there was still room to spare! Having a master bath for each bdrm is a so good. The convenience of laundry, dishwasher, coffee makers, beach chairs, wagon, towels and so much more really is convenient. The view from this unit is beautiful and it is just a quick walk down to the pool and gym where there is fresh brewed coffee early each morning. The location is nice as it’s not so busy on the sidewalks like in Kihei and the landscaping is always so beautifully manicured! From start to finish everything went seamlessly! Would highly recommend this unit!

We were a 17 person, multi family group staying in Maui for my parents 50th Anniversary. We rented two units to accommodate everyone and there was still room to spare! Had a great family vacation. This is our second year in a row at this property and we loved it. Our host was super responsive and we absolutely love this location! Close walk to all the best restaurants and shopping.

The condo is big and beautiful and was nice to have all of the things we could possibly need! The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a block away. The bedrooms were spacious and the main living area was wonderful to gather and take in the beautiful view. We made lasting memories that we plan to build on in the years to come. Mahalo!

A great property with spectacular views! Great sunset views from the lanai. We loved all of the common area space as it was big and comfortable. Being able to open the slider doors, and open the great room to the lanai in the evening was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was beautiful and the pool was as well. It never felt crowded and there are plenty of chairs for lounging at the pool! We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Maui!

The location is great, close to the beach where you can walk thru Grand Wailea as condo is right behind this hotel, takes only minutes. The first morning we woke up and saw the ocean views was priceless! We were not expecting that the view would be this nice!
The condo is very spacious. We had 7 adults and 2 kids...one an infant. There is high chair and playpen. Rooms are very spacious. There were enough towels and toilet paper for the whole week! The wagon to carry all beach equipment was very handy. The pool at the property is amazing with hot tubs and waterfalls. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and Janae was very helpful and messaging was very easy. Thank you again!!

It was a beautiful place to stay, but there are some repairs needed, and it really didn't sleep 10 people in beds, but we made it work. Some of the kids slept on the floor, one found a hammock and slept on the Lani. The regular coffee maker didn't work, the toilet paper holder in the bedroom bath off the kitchen kept falling out, there appears to be some mold in the bedroom bath off off the smaller bedroom downstairs, the garage door opener didn't work, the front porch light didn't work, some tiles on the stairs appear to be loose, the shade on the Lani is broken on the right side where you have to secure it, we put a zip tie there to hold it until it can be fixed properly. I think there were a couple more things, but I have misplaced my list. However, these things did not ruin our vacation, and everyone had a great time.

We love staying in the Wailea/Kihei area so location was perfect. Quick walk or drive to the beach. Kids and adults loved the pool at the property. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend for families!

We loved this condo. We had a group of 9, aged 6-71 and it worked perfectly for us. The location is so close to everything we wanted to do and see, and the complex is awesome - quick walk to the pool which is gorgeous, never crowded has had REALLY long daily hours, water dispenser etc. it’s a short walk across the street to the resort beach, and the unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, and some pool toys for use. The unit is gorgeous - upscale, lots of space, comfy furniture/beds, huge kitchen. The laundry is a huge help with beach towels, of which there are also plenty. We had some really minor issues (cooling in half the fridge went out which wasn’t a big problem since the fridge is enormous and the other side was working, some Burt out lightbulbs etc). The cleaning crew does a spectacular job and was also super accommodating when we asked to drop off groceries ahead of our check-in time. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.
