We have stayed in a few Maui Banyan units which are all fantastic access to the pool with grills, parking garage, kamoel sands beach 2, and local Kihei shops. This unit has tons of space, is relatively updated, and has fantastic quiet air conditioning units in each room. We had a great stay with our family of 5 and would easily come back.
The property was very clean and check-in was easy. We loved the location; across the street from a beautiful swimming beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony was better than expected. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler but no boogie boards. The only thing we didn’t like was the doors between the master bedroom and the living room were glass giving almost no privacy. Opaque doors would be better in this location. Overall it was a very nice property in a great location and we would stay there again.
We enjoyed the location and the size of the unit, however the unit looked worn and had areas on the walls where patching was started and not finished. Along with fairly basic interior and updates needed on the property it seemed overpriced for what it was.
Our vacation at the condo was great! The location was perfect between the beaches, pools, groceries, excursions and restaurants. The place was extremely clean, beds comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to others looking!
The unit is a end unit and positioned perfectly to enjoy your coffee in the morning and what the sunrise and either enjoy the sunset from lanai or walk to beach to enjoy.
Within walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
One of the 2 pools is right behind the building.
All and all great location and worth the price!
Beautiful 4th floor condo with great ocean view from the spacious lanai. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Well stocked modern kitchen. Centrally located, close to many activities, restaurants, and across from a popular beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back!
The space is well used. Furnishings aren't fancy, but are well kept. The location is excellent. Snorkeling is a short walk away. Anke was super responsive to the questions we had. We are very satisfied guests.
Great place to stay. Very nice. Close to the beach and shopping. We all had a wonderful time. The place even provided amenities for the beach.
Nice clean condo, exactly as described. Property is very strict about anyone outside of their rooms at 10 pm
Property itself- I Wouldn’t recommend for families who want to sit and chat or swim late. Security guard was unfriendly and would stand and announce every minute until closing. Not good for kids, but nice for older adults and seniors.
I’m SHOCKED by all the good reviews of this property. It was very disappointing. This condo is set very far back in the complex making a walk to the beach very long, if you are carrying anything it’s not walkable. The “view” of the ocean is a teeny sliver mostly obscured by a very ugly parking garage. The “private” suite is anything but private - the master bedroom is closed off from the living room by glass doors that didn’t even close all the way (this private bedroom was the ONLY reason I chose this property). This property is definitely not suitable for multiple families or families with older kids. The whole condo was dingy at best. The beds were ancient, the couch belongs on the curb. The one bathroom was horribly dated, door didn’t close all the way and the shower curtain was filthy. The other bathroom was decent. The hot water heater produces about enough hot water for 3 people to shower quickly, that’s it. The dryer DOES NOT WORK. I see reviews from fall of last year stating this yet the property continues to be marketed with a washer and dryer. The grounds were decent but the building, hallways, stairwells and balcony were horribly shabby, dirty and OLD. To top it off- The condo had bugs in the sink and I left with a number of suspicious bites.
Anke was responsive to the couple additional issues we had that were solvable and the condo was decently stocked.
Thankfully we spent very little time here or I probably would have looked for another condo.
