The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, extra sheets and towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent most mornings and evenings relaxing on the lanai. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a grocery store and shoreline access. We love working with Michelle at Kohala Coast Properties. She is always available and is very personable and knowledgeable. Her level of service cannot be matched. We will continue to plan our vacations thru Kohala Coast Properties. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants to spend time on the Big Island.
Had a great stay. The property was as described. All the beach/pool items in the closet were very useful and fun. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was great with beautiful views of the golf course, had every thing that was needed in the unit for cooking and overall comfort, the pool area and exercise gym were great, I'm sure we will be back soon !!Loved it !!!!

We took our first 4 week vacation on the Big Island. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium at the Fairway Villas. The condo was clean and well organized. It was incredible that the condo included such extras as golf clubs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, coolers, etc. As a visitor, we had everything we needed. This is our 2nd vacation in this condo. We love the location and the management company is responsive and very easy to work with. Our vacation was absolutely amazing. We will be back again next year.
Unit was everything the pictured showed and more. Great location to walk to shop with kids. We would stay here again.

This was an amazing vacation! We vacation on the Big Island every year and this year did not disappoint. The accommodations and location of the condo was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. The unit was comfortable, clean and the beds allowed for a good nights sleep. The location of this property is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. There is access to shoreline, A Bay and some great restaurants and shops. The snorkeling this year was spectacular! This is the second year that we have booked our stay through Kohala Coast Properties. Michelle is fantastic to work with. We will continue to work with her for years to come. Thank you for a memorable vacation.
