We had a great stay and felt at home. Especially loved extra stuff left to use. We also had small maintenance issue fixed promptly. Our older kids loved walking down to shops and Beach. We felt at home. Chill area with relaxing pool. Only draw back was no workout facility but I hadn’t checked on that beforehand. It was nice to walk and run in the area.
The unit was great and it was perfect for my family. We did have a little incident with someone at the pool area who complained about my 3 year old grandson but once I sent a message to the property manager he quickly called to apologize. Location was wonderful! Would definitely stay again! Melissa Fuselier

Definitivamente amamos el lugar, éramos una familia de 8 adultos y 2 niños, estuvimos muy cómodos, el lugar es agradable, tranquilo, ordenado , limpio y muy equipado con lo necesario para la estancia por 5 días. La piscina genial! Lo recomiendo a todos mis amigos, pensamos rentar de nuevo cuando regresemos.

Great location and well appointed and maintained condo unit close to pools. Unit had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels available which was fantastic. Kitchen had all necessities -- except one if I may make a suggestion...a rice cooker would have been nice. Otherwise no complaints and staff was responsive when needed.
This condo is in a great central location with walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean aside from stains on furniture and carpeting and some very dusty decor in the bathroom. Bugs can be a big issue on the islands and we didn't notice any in the unit. It was nicely furnished with ample outdoor/beach equipment. The beds were comfortable. There are two pools on the property and tennis courts. Fitting 8 in this unit as advertised would be tight, as we were not furnished with enough towels, wash cloths, etc for even 5 people. Bring your own soaps and body products as well, since the tiniest tube is provided. We used the pool and hot tub a few times and it was pleasant. There are no ocean or sunset views from the unit, but it is about a mile from the ocean. Parking was tight, but sufficient. The staff was fairly attentive when our internet went down for half a day and they eventually responded after we reached out several times after losing a day of work and school for our family. We did not hear noise from other condo units, but the doors inside utilize open slats, so there was NO sound privacy in the unit, which made it difficult to sleep if anyone else was up in the unit. If in a pinch we would stay here again, but we generally prefer larger rentals when traveling with children. This would make a great landing place for your beach vacation.
This condo was located in beautiful Wailea close to many amazing restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Our property manager, Matt, was nice and accommodated our early check in request.
This was the perfect location. Beaches, shopping and dining are all close enough to walk to. The property is clean and stocked with all the beach supplies you need. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back.
Upon checking in we noticed there were not enough bath towels for our party of 8. Property Manager responded quickly and provided the additional towels needed. Even though this unit states accommodations for 8 they weren’t set up for 8. Dinning table only can seat 6, dishes again did not accommodate 8. Actually the kitchen utensils were very poorly supplied and several were broken, i.e knife which was rather dangerous. Also, only 7 beach chairs. The sleeper sofa and all bed pillows need replacing. But the worst was we had a problem with cockroaches. Again, the property manager was quick to respond but left us questioning how throughly the place was maintained.
First timer to use a vrbo and it was a great decision. The rental owner was warm and friendly via email and home was clean and comfortable. It was a lovely stay overall.

The apartment serves us very well with its proximity to lots of things. Walkable to the upmarket Wailea mall, short distance to great beaches especially Ulua, and just off the main highway that connects Wailea to everything.
Property check in was seamless with a custom pin code door lock and management responded to texts when we contacted them.
The property at the time we stayed had a well stocked beach stash with 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach parasols, snorkels and fins and beach toys.

This home is updated and well maintained and equipped. When we walked checked in, we were in awe. We were happy to find that this home had beach and pool equipment so we didn’t have a need to rent. We found that there was a small floor window, located in the bedroom with one bed, to have blinds that did not work, so we ended up covering the small window with a pillow for privacy. The property managers are awesome to work with. They were able to provide us a baby feeding booster chair and worked with our baby rental company. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in as well.

A great place to stay for a family. There were 7 of us 3 adults and 4 children. There was ample space for us to spread out and enjoy the space. We loved having our coffee on the lanai, listening to the birds every morning. The condo is exceptionally clean and well stocked: towels, pillows, bed linens and beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and other beach gear. Every room had a big screen tv, although we only turned one of them on once. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything you would need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer was such a positive, it was so nice to be able to wash our beach towels. The couch bed mattress was very comfortable and roomy for two of our teens. We enjoyed all of the games and actually had a great game of monopoly. The kids had a great time swimming in the pools/spa that are both very close to this condo. The pool area is very clean and well maintained. The pool area also has clean and well maintained bbq’s to use during your stay. I also appreciate that they have staff periodically walk the grounds and pool area to insure cleanliness and safety. Our family walked the beautiful 15-20 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea beach almost every evening to watch the sunset. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again. As an added note the few times I emailed the management with questions they responded quickly and answered all of our questions.

Great location. Super close to beaches, about 30 min from airport, 15 min to Safeway. Overall very satisfied - ac worked great, kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chest came in handy. Great customer service- replied pretty promptly. Had an issue with sink plumbing the first night but they came to fix it first thing next morning. Requested a pack-n-play for my infant, seemed to be over used. Cushion was worn out and can feel the metal rods under the mat.
We loved this location. Its close to Wilea shops and great beaches are just minutes away. If your planning for any adventures to do snorkeling or other things, those are typically in Lahaina and we traveled for those which wasn't at all bad. This property was great. It was clean, and the pool access was nice for the evening. We loved our visit and it will always be a great memory for our family.

Location was beautiful, close to beaches, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, decor was ok, a little dated. Only issue was pool, we were travelling with grand children 7 to 13 and rules at pool were very restrictive(no playing, no splashing, no noise). As a result we weren’t comfortable with letting the kids spend much time there which was a shame.

Our condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well equipped, plenty of parking, quiet and close to activities. Overall, a great place to base from as you visit the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this great condo in Wailea and 6 adults were accommodated comfortably. Beautiful property, close to beaches and town. We could not be more pleased.
