The location and description of the property was spot one. The size of the villa was perefect for a family of 4. We have stayed multiple times in Ka’anapali and this is our favorite. The villa was well equipted and had everything we needed. We will definetly stay here the next time we visit. Thank you so much!

We received a One bedroom ocean view room in building 4. We had a really great stay and enjoyed the resort! Lisa was great and made everything very smooth and easy.
Lisa is the absolute best and is incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and changes. We will only rent from Lisa in the future when visiting Maui. The resort is absolutely stunning. What an experience!

Upon arrival and check in we did have to wait til 4pm but that is check in time, so no issue. Our first room, the view was of the parking lot and highway. I asked about being moved and the next day I was given to options for rooms. We moved without any issues on day 2 and that room was perfect for the balance of the trip.
The staff at the resort were all very helpful. I fell off property and broke my ankle. Everyone at the Westin was very accomodating during this time.
Westin resort was amazing, can’t say anything bad.
