Its placement within our “Elevated” collection offers a heightened level of privacy unique to Luana’s exclusive second-floor offerings.

Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai.

Easy living is accentuated with convenient access to Luana Enclave One's pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as access to the greater Honua Kai Resort amenities, including Hokulani Deli, Konea Fitness Center, Duke's Beach House, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. Your party will have plenty of room to stretch out in 2000+ sq ft of luxurious interior living space. The property is fine. Not having AC is unacceptable.
We were advised that there was no AC too late to cancel.
Yes they gave us a discount, which was appreciated but
with no AC I would never had booked any property at any
price.

Stayed here March 2021, just as it appeared Maui tourism was picking back up. 4 adults and 2 kids, perfect set up and size (we split the king bed in the 3rd bedroom into two twins). We had plenty of room, seating, storage, etc. The condo was well appointed and we didn't find anything really lacking. Having never used an induction stove it took a couple uses to figure out the quirks and timing. The lanai was perfect, and the pool just out in front is where we ended up spending a lot of our time. The 3 big pools at Honua Kai were busy, so it was great to have the small more quiet pool right there. The waterfall at the pool was a great white noise for any traffic sounds behind the villas. We really were upset to leave and wish we had spent more time at the condo just relaxing on the lanai!

The Villa was brand new and lovely. The amenities were nice and the location was perfect. We had a 2 yr old with us and the property had a high chair and pack and play available. We would definitely stay there again. Mahalo!
