Great location—central to all the must see and do things in Maui. Pool area is nice and well appointed. Room was just as described, clean, and stocked with cooler, beach chairs, and linens. Very quiet and relaxing! Kitchen is well stocked to meet and cooking needs.

Okay place to stay, can not see water view from bedroom. Beach access alright but water is too dark Doesn’t look good for swimming. There are pickleball courts good condition but not for tennis.
Be careful when making toast. The toaster is all metal and when you make toast the outside of the toaster is so hot that you will burn your hand. When you flush the toilet you have to hold the handle down about 10 seconds in order for it to flush. When
Wonderful place - we didn’t want to leave. Close to the ocean, pool, stores and restaurants.
The total stay was excellent. No AC but that was okay. Not able to figure out the tv, and no instructions we could find. It had everything. AllApartmeneverytheverythingyouneeded you neede
everything went very smooth and easy. i was there for my son wedding and it was perfect.
Property is in a great location in Kihei. Near beach and drivable to center of Kihei. Property kept in very nice shape. Our unit was very old and in need of repair. No A/C, although not needed this time of year, April. One of the TVs did not work. At night the outside light was right by bedroom window, so room was always brighter than we liked to sleep. The unit was clean even though old. The owners did provide beach chairs and towels, thank you.
We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, quiet and convenient. Maybe a little more basic than some units and a beach umbrella would have been nice but overall..no complaints.
Very clean and extremely comfortable. We are not overly picky but really look for value in our dollars spent. This condo was a home run. Weather was cool during our stay, so the absence of A/C never became an issue. Seemed like the air circulation was really good though. Easy walk to the beach, groceries and restaurants right down the road. 20 minute drive from OGG airport. Would not hesitate to stay there again (and might next year).
