We loved the patio, view, and access to the park, where we played a ton of pickleball.Pool and BBQ area was refreshed and clean. New washer dryer was great, along with the fridge but other appliances could use an upgrade. All in all a great value!
This place truly lives up to its name—Maui True Paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unobstructed oceanfront views—absolutely breathtaking.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the A/C worked great when we needed it (though the ocean breeze usually did the trick!).The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Napili. There’s even a small beach right out front.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything incredibly easy. You can tell they take pride in providing a top-notch experience.Highly recommend!
Property is exactly as advertised (the lead photo is the same view we enjoyed every day). I am so glad we chose this complex and not one of those across the road from the beach, as seeing whales from our patio, watching the sun set, etc. really added to the experience.We talked to other guests who say they have been coming to this resort for decades and would not go anywhere else!.
Very convenient location - easy access but not too densely populated. A bit dated but overall a good stay and value.
Unit is right on the lawn separating the building from the beach with beautiful views. 30 second walk to beach. If the beach is the primary focus of your location, there are better swimming beaches (Kameole) a 10 minute drive down the road, but the beach here is uncrowded and great for sunrise/sunset or just sitting. Unit was clean. Furnishings are a bit dated, but unit seemed priced accordingly. Air conditioner did not work on arrival but property manager responded within minutes on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day to get it working.
Excellent location near beach, all necessary amenities were available. Great vacation spent. And the host was great!!!
The property was well cared for and absolutely gorgeous. This was our 4th stay at this property and it was by far the best condo we have stayed in. They were very responsive when we had an issues and they got the problem fixed fast.

It’s our first stay at Luana Kai and we couldn’t have found a better spot along Kihei’s coastline. Central Island location north of Kihei which gives you the best place to visit all of the Islands best spots and very close to everyday shops in town.
Excellent and super fast communication with Malinee made our stay even easier and the condo and complex had great facilities and beach access.
We can only hope we get to visit here again and would love to keep it a secret!
