Thanks for the welcome basket of snacks, they were delicious. The supplied beach amenities were great. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed utensils. Access to the beach was outstanding, and the security was outstanding. Constructive criticism: Fans in each bedroom would be appreciated, the TV in the basement wasn’t functioning (or we couldn’t make it work with the provided instructions), the Nespresso machine leaked (but functioned well enough).
A dream vacation!!! Perfect for three couples! Wish we would have spent more time at the condo and our “own” beach! Guess we will have to come back! (and I would choose this condo every single time)
Proximity to the beach restaurants and grocery made this a great vacation spot for our family
Unit was very clean and well appointed. Had several items like coffee grinder, mixers, etc that were useful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, games, gas grill, etc were all provided, clean, in working order and useful. Property was secure. Felt very safe. Property is immediately adjacent to a heavily used beach access point. Some homeless folks hanging around as well at this access point. But never really heard from or had to interact with any of these people. If seeing these people bothers you, I would suggest renting one of the other 3 units in the same complex. Jude was very helpful and responsive and communicated very well from the time we reserved through checkout. Everyone in our party loved the unit and its central location to things on Maui. We would reserve again without hesitation!
As beautiful as the pictures, Host was amazing to work with, from making the reservation through checkout. Home is stocked with every essential you may need. The welcome basket was such a treat. The views and sunsets are incredible.
Excellent stay! My family (group of 6 adults) stayed here for one week and it was incredibly comfortable and convenient. Highlights included the large fully stocked kitchen that made home-cooked meals easy and fun, as well as the intimate beach from where we enjoyed the sunset every day. Would definitely book again for our next Maui visit!

This place was a great spacious option steps from the beach in Kihei. Very close to all things on that side of the island. Beautiful sunsets off the beach there and saw lots of whales in the distance. Would recommend.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Villa #1! Jude was there to greet us and helped us with luggage up the stairway (no elevator). The lanai was huge and we spent mornings and evenings there. When the sun was on the lanai in the afternoons, there were nice, shaded spots in the small pool area. Easy walk to restaurants and the Times grocery store. Didn't want to leave and would definitely return!
We absolutely loved our stay. It was right on a beautiful beach, so we could go in and out throughout the day without walking or driving anywhere. We paddle boarded in the mornings and watched the sunsets from our balcony at night. It’s located just on the edge of the area with the big hotels. We are happy we stayed here vs the busy town of Lahaina. It was central to the Road to Hana, Volcano Summit and the West Side. Highly recommend!
