Great location , great island themed art . AV worked great once we figured it out. Only tough part was climbing 3 flights of stairs for access. Great lanai.
This condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist spots. I never did see the pool and there was no info in the condo to tell you how to use the pool. So, you have to really look for it. I did want to use the pool, so I was sad about that.
After traveling 13 hours, we were all tired and ready to get in the house. It took us 40 minutes to get in due to the code that was given to us didn’t work. After texting back and forth, they finally gave us an actual key to use to enter the house. The first floor AC & shower did not work while we were there. However, the location was great. You can walk to stores and restaurants and it is very close to KOA airport.
Great location in Kona town. You can walk to everything and avoid all the new parking fees. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied and a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It was great!
Our stay was simply amazing. The location of this condo is perfect! Steps away from the local small downtown village and beach. Our kids loved that we all had our own space and they could walk to hang out and shop so close to town! As soon as you arrive, the home is decored to make you literally feel like your instantly in Hawaii. Super cozy and modern pops + ammenities, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. In unit washer and dryer definitely came in handy. The home had a beautiful view of both mountains and ocean. The top floor is always the best! Cleanliness and space was perfect! Very well kept unit. We definitely recommend this condo if you want to be able to get around town on foot instantly. Private and spacious too!

I loved the location. It was 2-3 blocks from the main boardwalk shops, ocean, flea market and eateries. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning and kitchen were great to have when coming in from the usually humid and hot climate.
Overall, the rental was very good. Inside the unit was very modern and very clean. Plenty of nice towels for bathing as well as beach towels and anything else you need. They left toiletries and a gift basket, which was a nice touch. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, we didn’t cook much, but when we did, there was everything we needed. The main issue was check-in. The information from Vacasa was completely inaccurate. They didn’t tell us where to park or how to walk around the building to find the unit. The information they gave us to access. The unit was completely incorrect. It was almost like they sent us the information for a completely different unit. we had to call and then they provided a solution over the phone. But my son and I were dripping sweat trying to figure it out. Climbing up and down three stories with a suitcase wasn’t great but we managed. Overall, it was a nice apartment and we would definitely definitely stay there again.
Really liked the property and area. Easy access to downtown. Only thing I would like to see is that total cost, that is VRBO charge and cleaning and taxes all be included in total price. Don't t like surprises of this and that added later after I've committed to a property. Mahalo H&M
Our family (three adults and one child) loved this rental. It was fully stocked, including beach equipment. The decor was charming and the beds were very comfortable. The AC is a big perk on the island, as many properties do not have it. The lanai was the perfect place for a sunset dinner looking at the ocean. Our son loved the pool and hot tub! Good location in the middle of Kona, near some tasty restaurants. Would highly recommend
