Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
Self-check-in via a smart lock, and a separate lockbox provided for emergency access.

The leeward side of the island boasts of the best weather on Oahu with beautiful beaches for surfing,
swimming, and snorkeling throughout the year. Numerous hiking trails in the area are also sure to
delight any outdoor enthusiast.

The house was ok. We had a few issues that didn't appear to get addressed during our stay. Traffic on Oahu can be rough, so, because of where we were wanting to go, we really spent a lot of time in the car due to the location vs where we were trying to go.

First, I assume since we rented 3 homes all in the same neighbors than Alii Rentals must work closely win the property owners to decorate and furnish their properties with quality and comfort in mind. Next, you have a property manager that provide s clear instructions about the basics but also give you suggestions about things to do locally and useful practical tips that make your stay more pleasant. The homes were clean, every was in good working order and tastefully decorated. If you see Alii is the property manager then I would say it's safe to assume that you will enjoy the property and be well cared for and have clear instructions about the most common questions. Plus receive other helpful information.

This is a great vacation rental. It is located in a gated community so it is very secure. It is roughly an hour drive to get to almost anywhere on the island and even had a ping pong table in the garage which my kids loved. If you are looking for a new spacious family rental than this is your spot.

Great setup for our stay. There were beach towels and chairs available. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. We never did find the two garage remotes.

I’m not the one to usually leave reviews, but I have to in this case. The host was amazing! They thought of everything. They have plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The house was large with plenty of space and was also very clean. All the appliances are brand new and top notch. We loved the ductless AC system as each person could have the temp set to his or her liking. It was difficult to find as it was brand new so forget the navigation once you get into the development and read the directions given by the house carefully. This is due to the house and development being so new that the phones navigation thinks your driving on dirt.
