The unit was very nice and comfortable. It was in a good location however, there was only one air conditioner, and it was in the master bedroom, and the nights were very, very hot even with the many fans that were placed throughout the unit another air conditioner in the living room area would’ve made it a five star unit
This condo is nice and bright, and has a great view of sunsets over the golf course. The bed was comfortable and everything that could possibly be needed was available in the kitchen. They have beach chairs and a cooler that were very handy. My only disappointment was there was only air-conditioning in the room downstairs so the loft was quite hot in the evenings. They do have plenty of fans and it’s on the windward side of the island so there is a breeze it comes through at night, but the window is small upstairs. The beach umbrella needs replaced. The screen door kept coming off the track every time we would go in or out. The burners need wiggled to engage with the power and then they work fine. It was a fantastic vacation.

Jean & Natalie are simply the best to communicate with. They really pay attention to detail. This unit is as described; albeit a bit dated. It is comfortable tho & felt clean. There are ceiling fans, as well as floor models. My two friends & I found only two things that could have been improved upon. Also, just be aware that the 2 twin mattresses are on the firm side & the upstairs bath could be a challenge for anyone tall. It is well stocked, including plenty of clean white linens, laundry products, & lots of beach accessories. Perfect location & many beaches to choose from, with Turtle Bay a short walk (or parking is easy.) A luggage rack would be helpful in the loft. Overall, really delightful.
Very, very expensive for a unit that is in desperate need of upgrading.
This property is in dire need of renovations. We think it hasn’t been touched since the 70’s
The ONLY A/C is a window unit in the main bedroom window. The rest of the unit, including the loft, is not air conditioned. The bed in main bedroom is very uncomfortable. Closet doors need replacing. A lot of the hardware is rusted and needs replacing. The sofa in living room is very uncomfortable.
The positive is the kitchen has been upgraded. The lanai is the best part of this unit even though there is no view.
We have used VRBO for years and this was the first time we were really disappointed with this rental. We would not recommend this place until it gets a complete renovation.
Great location and easy access to resort.
Overall the property was clean. The unit was older than expected and all appliances did not work. The beach is a 10 minute walk away but the first day it took nearly an hour since no directions to get there were provided. The view of the golf course was beautiful, however each morning at 5:30 someone started their day cutting weeds and it woke us up. Communication from the managers was very nice and inviting.
Fun end of summer get away. Always enjoy staying in the Turtle Bay Area.
The property is clean and beautifully located. Every amenity you could need in a comfortable atmosphere. Easy walk to resort and beaches. Located close to some of the best food truck's on the island. Wonderful property management. Thank you
The security check in requirement was unreasonable. The unit was extremely hot and very dated. One fan was not working. The carpet in the loft bedroom was very dirty with stains in multiple places. There was no lighting going to the unit after dark. The sand toys were two shovels. The styrofoam coolers were dirty. The 10:00 am checkout should be 11:00. There was no toaster. The texts from the property manager were annoying.
This property is top notch. Nicely furnished, clean and a fabulous location. I highly recommend it for a carefree and comfortable stay. The ladies who manage the property are professional and easily contacted. The communication before our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced.
The condo was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was peaceful, the grounds were clean and it was walking distance to the hotel and beach. It was ideal for our North Shore stay.
The location and experience was great. We love Turtle Bay and had 2 additional condos for the week with our large family. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi. That seems like it’s a must if you just want to hang out in the pool area. That being said, the pool temperature was perfect! The accommodations were great and we will likely stay here again. Thanks for making your wonderful vacation spot available to us.
