Exactly as described. My wife and I stayed and it was the perfect size for us. Just a short walk to the beach across grass. Manager on duty was very friendly.
The place was cute but I would say this is more for 2 people not 4.
Our family had a lovely stay in Margo’s beautiful condo. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed and well-stocked (with everything from utensils to paper towels and TP.). From the moment we entered, we felt right at home. The pool and grounds were beautiful as well, especially at night! We were beyond sad to leave our new home away from home on Maui but will be back as soon as we can. Mahalo Margo!
The stay was fine overall. The only thing to note is that the slider door doesn’t seem to latch.
We had a good stay during our time in Maui. The property as a whole is slightly dated but well-kept, had a good pool area, and easy access to the beach and town which were important to us. It suited our needs and was a good size for two people. The actual unit has been updated, but didn’t seem to be as clean or well-kept as we expected. There was obvious wear and tear on some of the finishing/baseboards, staining on the curtains, and it was noted that the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work (which made things difficult when getting ready). Overall, it suited our needs and allowed us to enjoy Maui at the level we wanted to.
Check in was very easy and this is a perfect location for ocean access.
We enjoyed our stay! Margo had everything you could need for a stay in a home away from home. Location was great, close to everything but far enough off the beaten path so you’re not killed with local traffic/noise
Owner answered any questions I had. The property had everything we needed and then some. It was in a great location. She had boogie boards, noodles, and beach chairs. Nice bathroom and kitchen with everything we'd need.
It was a great stay! Everything was as listed. The location of the condo was centrally located which was fantastic for traveling around the island. The condo had everything needed for a great stay. Would stay here again.
Location location location! Kihei is a great takeoff point to some great snorkeling beaches and this complex is well positioned to do just that.Although an efficiency unit, it was quite spacious. We didn't stay long since we were out and about everyday, but we would come back for lunch on the lanai, which is huge! You can see a sliver of the beach and the breeze was rejuvenating. The kitchen was well stocked and quite useful in keeping our food expenses down since we cooked most meals. And the complex laundry room was just a short walk away. Comfy, cozy, and well priced, we would stay again in a heartbeat!
Good location, lots of amenities, clean and beautiful, free parking. A drinking water dispenser somewhere in the house would have been nice.

The location can't be beat! Be sure to head to the beach in the mornings to check out the sea turtles

This property was a major letdown for our first family trip to Maui. What should have been a memorable and relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating experience.The listing clearly stated there were two queen beds, but in reality, there was only one queen bed and a small, uncomfortable double futon. This false advertising created stress for our family and completely misrepresented the space.On top of that, the property was filthy. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, grime in corners, and an overall feeling of neglect. We didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen or even sitting on the furniture. The photos and description did not reflect the reality of what we walked into.We didn’t reach out to the host during the stay simply because it felt pointless—finding a new place in the middle of our trip wasn’t feasible or within our budget. Now, we’re being punished for not reporting it sooner, as the host has refused to take any accountability and denied a refund. Instead of showing empathy or responsibility, they’ve been dismissive and unhelpful.Vrbo’s customer service was just as disappointing. Despite the clear issues, they provided no meaningful support and did nothing to make things right.This whole experience left us feeling incredibly let down—by the host and by Vrbo. I would not recommend this property to anyone .

Great location , close to ocean and restaurants and easy access to Kahului and airport. Comfortable bedding and nice that beach towels, boogie boards and cooler provided. During our stay we were hit with a very bad storm that closed the road and inundated the road and resort parking lot with mud and debris. The resort staff worked tirelessly for days to clear the mess. They did a great job. Would stay here again.
Great location in Kihei, close to restaurants and the beach! The condo is very comfortable and the owner responded quickly when we had questions. Definitelywould recommend staying here!

This was amazing for 2 people! The bed was super comfy and the condo was pretty clean. The only downfall was there were tiny little bugs all over the kitchen. They went all in our food which caused us to notice them. They became super annoying. It was great yo gave towels provided and beach equipment to use! The cooler was perfect for the Road to Hana:) I would stay again!
Stayed there for a week and we’d be happy to return! Margo was great and communicative. The place was clean and comfortable. Great access to the beach and located in a great area. Mahalo for a great experience Margo!
Condo was at a great location on the island. The condo was as pictured, right next to the beach and nice lawn. Check in process was extremely easy and there was ample parking spots. Perfect size condo for a couple. Would rent again!
I loved my stay in Maui. Perfect for one person and the location. Had all I needed. Margo was great! The property manager was also great! Everyone was very accommodating! The only thing I feel it needed was a patio screen for fresh air.

We loved our stay in Maui and this rental was perfect for our needs. We had a little trouble finding it at first but Margo was very quick to respond and got us on track with no problems. The place was very clean and even had some nice little extras like folding chairs and umbrella for the beach, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect for a lot of the activities we had planned and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Wasn’t the cleanest but was great for us. A little more instruction on check in would have been great especially for initial parking. The beach equipment was an awesome addition.
I was so impressed with this condo. This condo came fully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. This location was so perfect. The condo was very clean. I really like how newly renovated it was. This condo was in a very safe and well-maintained area. I highly recommend this place.
Only issue is noshade in pool area
Everything about our stay was wonderful! This was a great centrally located place and a wonderful place to come back to each evening. We are already looking at coming back in the new year.
