The condo features two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each adorned with a plush queen-size bed. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. There is one ensuite bathroom and a guest bathroom, both featuring a shower and bathtub combo. The sixth-floor location offers mountain views, providing a serene backdrop to your Maui adventure. Whether you're unwinding in the cozy living area, enjoying a meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, or marveling at the sunset from the private lanai, Kahana Manor 619 offers a comfortable home away from home.
*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by the end of December 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***
Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

So where do I start,1- WiFi wasn’t working tried reaching out the management company dont work and don’t respond unless it’s emergency takes two days to fix WiFi 2- unit wasn’t clean excessive amount of dust on air vents, around door jambs, under furniture, around outlets, window blinds,l etc.3- roaches, had to chase and kill a roach in kitchen cabinet, asked to treat those took management company 2 days for that to happen, killed a roach in bathroom that same first night, and please don’t say that it’s Hawaii and it’s normal, it is not normal especially on the 6th floor. My concern that the unit might be infested or neighboring units that they might come from.4- sharp tile edges on floors are so uneven that my wife hurt her feet on those so many times, luckily didn’t cut herself, the way tile is installed is complete safety hazard, imagine tripping on tile falling and breaking your arms, legs or God forbid someone can get killed. Again management company doesn’t care about that so as homeowner in my opinion if they allow this to rent out like that.5- AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night, was able to get it to work after about 4hrs or trying to reset it. The next night it stopped working again I have taken a video and sent it to My Perfect Stay management company, they didn’t even watch the video and taught it was about WiFi, they sent someone out and was confirmed that AC was completely dead. Took them 2 days to replace replace. Want my money back 100%

The condo is in a great location and had so many extras that made the stay so convenient and enjoyable (eg cart to transport the beach equipment, blender to make smoothies, etc)

We enjoyed our time very much at Kahana Manor. Having the washer and dryer to use really makes a difference in beach vacations. The place was tastful and had all the main things we needed. It's right across the street from a nice beach. There's also a restaurant/pub, sushi place, nail salon, beach rental place, convenience store, and a shop right downstairs. We did have a couple things come up, but they were quick to respond and take care of it. Great customer service, great location. Would come back!
