    The property is in a great location. Unfortunately, we arrived during a period of next to no wind so it did get pretty hit in the condo during the day. The fans definitely helped and it always cooled down at night!

    Enjoyed our week long stay here! A couple issues were handled very promptly & it was easy to communicate with management. Do not forget to put your parking pass on your dash or you will get a warning ticket from the association as we found out, lol, our welcome, haha I saved it for scrapbook. Property was great, close to pool, people were quiet after 10pm. Even without AC, it was bearable with the fans supplied. Very roomy condo!! Had everything we needed. My family missed having AC but we tolerated it and it didn’t ruin our trip. Nice touches with the toiletries supplied as well as the beach towels/equipment. I guess it can be seen by some as dated or worn out but it didn’t bother me at all. My husband was able to lock the sliding door that had difficulty locking, he just played with it a bit but it did lock. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer inside the unit also! What a great place to stay! Thanks for the opportunity!

    The location and amenities are ideal, lots of room for a family or multiple couples. Condo was well equipped however many items clearly well-used and in need of replacement/repair. Multiple lightbulbs burned out. Lanai sliding door does not lock. The blinds in secondary bedroom were completely broken which we called on the first day. Lots of disrepair such as broken tiles and multiple shades of paint where some older repairs had been made. Well equipped with equipment for your beach days. The washer and dryer are another issue. Washer smells like a "port-a-potty". The dryer left the linens smelling like they were burned by the dryer and the smell was unpleasant enough to the point where the towels were unusable. Property management was not that great at communicating. Responses were late and then they never followed through. Overall it was a good unit but needs some MAJOR love and attention. Time for the owners to bite the bullet and do some updating. Looking at reviews from January and some issues have still not been fixed in April.

    This was perfect for our family with a teenager and little kids. I loved that a beach was within walking distance.

    We enjoyed our stay, finding all as described within the condo unit. Dedicated parking spot was a plus. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions of the south end of Kauai. Mahalo Anne and Ben for your excellent customer service!

    The location and amenities are ideal, lots of room for a family or multiple couples. Condo was well equipped however many items clearly well used and in need of replacement/repair (dull knives, broken blender etc.), lanai light did not work, lanai sliding door required lots of fiddling to lock every time as well the blinds in "children's" bedroom were completely broken as well as the screens so we got quiet a few visiting bugs and creatures (geckos) and subsequent bug bites. Lots of disrepair such as broken tiles, mold on shower doors (note: sliding bath doors very challenging to bath/shower kids), and build up on sinks/tubs/facets. Pool side only plastic dishes allowed however only plastic glasses provided, no plates etc. Well equipped for kiddos (pack and play, booster seat., umbrella stroller etc.). Property management was great at communicating with issues (chirping fire alarm). Overall it was a good unit but needs some love and attention.

    No problem with entering the unit.It would be handy to have more then one pool key.The pool requires a key to enter and leave the pool area.

    Property and Condo were great. The only thing is it really does need A/C for those particularly hot days, they have many fans which did make it bearable but A/C would have made it over the top
