If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Wonderful stay with everything as described on site.
High end property with amenities to both hotels-ideal to be in between them.
Spoke with Debbie during our stay and she is a lovely person & prompt to an a/c question that was resolved in minutes!

This property is spectacular! My wife, two college-aged daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean, so close that one goes to sleep with the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach that is a 30-second walk from the building. It offers all the amenities of the excellent hotel next to which it sits: pools, restaurants, spacious and well equipped fitness center, etc. The unit appears new and is well maintained. The property manager was available and attentive. We strongly recommend this unit.

The host was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially with a 1 year old. The host went above and beyond responding to us at all hours of the day and night to help answer questions. Extremely happy with everything, we can't wait to come back.

The view of Hapuna beach every day was priceless. The room was spacious and very nice with all the modern amenities. Had to pay additional fee to access the Mauna Kea resort facilities but was well worth it.

First class. Luxe and modern. Parking is not super convenient, and the restaurants at the resort are not very good but the quality of the condo (did I mention the great kitchen?) and of course the beauty of Hapuna beach make this a great choice. For ocean swimmers or a family with children hard to match Hapuna.
