Very nice ocean front apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the unit is roomy and clean. The unit provided all the sports equipment for swimming, pickleball, tennis and ping pong, which was so convenient and nice. The management team was on top with the communication with us. Overall a very relaxed vacation for our stay.
Highly recommend this property. It was clean and location was great. Awesome view and great breeze throughout the condo.

Beautiful view, great location. Convenient to many of the everyday needs. Amenities are nice.
Condo is ideally located in complex with gorgeous views. No A/C but ceiling fans in every room keeps them cool. Kitchen has everything you might need. Only thing missing was Kleenex, not a single box in either bathroom.
We’ll never forget the sunsets from the lanai and all the moods of the ocean in our backyard.
Spacious unit that was well stocked and offered beautiful views. Parking was close and well marked. The overall property has gorgeous landscaping and is well maintained.
Lovely ground floor unit, good breezes, well furnished, great views. Can hear folks upstairs some. Lots of space to recreate by pool, pickleball courts and volleyball area but some families use grassy strip in front of patios as a play area. Gets noisy and disturbs enjoying time outside if you prefer less activity, especially at sunset. Wish we had known this in advance. Contacted management, they suggested we book another unit in the future to avoid this. ☹️
We had stayed in the complex previously; but always in a unit in Building 5, so our expectations were very high. Fortunately, we were not disappointed. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and had an exceptional view. We couldn't have been more pleased!

We absolutely loved the condo. View of ocean from back was actually better than the photo. With only fans running and no A/C it was perfect for October. Not sure this would work for summer though. Worth every penny. We will use Knutson again in the future.

LOVED the condo! Had everything we needed with an incredible view. We so enjoyed watching & listening to the beautiful birds every day, mongoose and the roaming chicken. Then in the evening we were able to view breathtaking sunsets from the lanai. Management was very responsive to our questions and needs. Also loved the location. It was so easy to access the local grocery store up the hill. Will stay there again!

Three of us stayed here for a week, it was great. The views were awesome. We spent hours on the patio in the morning and evening. Sunsets every night over the ocean were great. The condo had just about everything we needed, the rooms spacious, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good as well. Everything worked, kitchen well stocked. We used the complex's pool a couple time, very nice. Too hot to play pickleball. We liked being removed from the road which meant for a quiet stay - except for the waves crashing against the shore (which we loved). We would stay here again.The Magic Sands Beach was great. Good eating places, espresso and grocery store up the hill. Drove to Hilo and to the volcano, not necessarily impressed. Black Rock Pizza is very good. Good restaurant choices in old Kona.

This property has it all. The grounds, trees, bushes are well taken care of. The pool, pickle ball and tennis courts were very nice. The condo we stayed in 3-103 was very clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The view from the patio looking over the ocean was stunning. We watched the sunset every night. We found the condo has nice dishes, cups and appropriate items needed to make a meal. Furniture was typical hawaiian bambo but comfortable. Some of the other condo's had nicer furniture but more expensive nightly rate. The beds were fairly comfortable. The boogie board and snorkel supplies were a bonus as well as court equipment. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The management company was very easy to work with and responded to concerns via text very quick. They are well detailed with check-in and out procedures as well as needed information. Very smooth. Thank you.

KKSRC is a great location, have stayed in the complex several times. Fabulous pool! This was a good condo for the 4 of us, although beds were not quite as comfy as we would like. Property management company easy to work with, thanks!
