We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay here. It was a perfect jumping off point for adventures all around the island. Easy access to amenities and just far enough away from the resorts to feel like you had some privacy. Plus we could whale watch right from the balcony!
This is a nicely updated unit with a great pool and conveniently located near stores and easy highway access. The sunset views are incredible here. Best of all, the long term residents are friendly and welcoming.
We have been to the Kahana / Lahaina area of Maui several times, and this condo was by far the most comfortable that we have enjoyed. The view from the 4th floor was spectacular. We saw dozens of whales while sitting on the lanai, and enjoyed the windsurfers and surfers in action.
The kitchen, living space and bedroom were all very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves.
The My Perfect Stays support team took very good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed.
We will definitely try to stay in this unit again when we return to Maui.
This was one of those [laces where you walk in and pinch yourself. The view does not get any better for a sunset on the lanai.
So many turtles to watch eat off the reef, and a great spot to enter the water for spear fishing.

This unit had lots of storage. We were disappointed there was no table on the lanai as we eat all our meals there.
This unit is on the top floor and has great elevator access. The building is block construction, so there's no noise through the walls. This is on a seawall area of the island with beaches in easy driving distance. This unit has a slightly softer (rather than firm) king bed, upgraded kitchen, large bathroom with full-sized shower, and private lanai with comfortable seating for three and 180 ocean views. The complex is very quiet at night and located about 10 minutes north of the big hotels in Kaanapali. It was the perfect size for two of us and it could easily accommodate two adults and two kids. We loved the sound of the ocean right outside our lanai at night and the views of whales and waves during the day.
We had an amazing vacation. Online listing is 100% accurate with description of unit as well as views. Make sure to bring binoculars to see all the amazing sea life. Thanks for helping my family make wonderful memories. Mahalo!!!

Small complex is well kept & quiet. Beautiful views. Condo was nicely updated, comfortable & had all we needed. In Jan, no A/C was never an issue. If you want to be away from the big resorts...this is a very nice option.
Everything was wonderful except for being told that we would have to vacate less than 24hrs from the condo due to construction work, Between the hours of 9am-3pm. Note, the contract that we signed did not state anything about having to vacate the residence. When we called the property manager the person that we spoke to was unprofessional and rude. After a long frustrating conversation and a request to speak with a manager, we were offered a $50 refund. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you don’t mind the construction starting at 8am in the morning M-F.
