Located on Alii Drive, this one bedroom condo is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Hawaii. Located near downtown Kona, you'll be close to everything you'd need for a fun day or night on the town.
This lovely first floor condo with ocean views is themed with a mix of elegant modern stylings and tropical decor. Some of the upgraded features include:

To keep with the Hawaiian style there are custom made Shoji doors for bedroom separation and Hawaiian artwork to create that tropical atmosphere. The living room has a new Hawaiian style queen sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining bar is open to the living room. The flat screen television is built into the dining bar and on a wall mounted bracket making it convenient to watch from either the living room or bedroom. Have your morning coffee enjoying the ocean views from the breakfast bar inside or outside on the lanai. Every day is paradise!
Our condo is designed to make your stay on the island enjoyable. Along with the normal items, there are beach towels, beach mats, extra pillows/linens/blankets, beach umbrella, cooler, and an island guide book to make getting around the island easier.
There is free secure wireless internet, cable, Blu Ray player, movies, games, and reading material. Private parking stall included.
The unit does have A/C but please turn it off when you leave. The charge for electricity is quite high. The unit will cool off nicely when you start the A/C again once you return from your errands or sight-seeing.
Only a short walk from the center of town, the amenities at Kona Shores include a pool RIGHT ON THE CLIFFS OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. We would 100% stay here again. They thought of everything and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, labeled well, and they even had a book of recommendations for the island including sites to see and places to eat. The pool was an amazing place to watch the sunset and relax. 10 out of 10 all around! Thank you Kona Bob!

This is a very clean and cute space. Everything you need to cook and nice chairs for the beach. Quiet location but still close to shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable! Air flow through shutters brought the smell of Hawaii flowers. Wish I was still there. Neighbors around were very friendly.

Really cute. Access and entry very simple. Good parking. Everything we needed was there (kitchen ware, toiletries, etc).
We really had a good stay. If there was any downside (and this was VERY minimal) it would be that the right side of the bed is next to the lower floor windows that were not light or sound proof. So if you’re a light sleeper this could keep you awake. I always use a white noise app on my phone so it was fine.
Blinds or shades on the two side windows in the living room/kitchen would also improve the experience.

Easy booking and check-in, parking space provided, short drive to downtown Kona, bike rental across the street, unit in mint condition, steps to laundry room, property manager promptly addresses issues.
We would rent this one again.
