Welcome to O-313! Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa is custom fitted with high end furnishings and great detail to the household items. The villa has all stainless appliances (including a wine cooler) new small appliances and all new kitchenware, as well as new linens throughout. The Master bedroom has a king bed and the second has two new extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king if you wish. There are TV's and ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the Master bedroom has it's own access to the large lanai that overlooks the pool with ocean views as well.
The villa is on the third floor of the ocean tower and is only steps from the breathtaking sand bottom beaches of the Honu Lagoon. The Beach Villas resort features lagoon style pools including a sand bottom pool for the kids, a lap pool, three jacuzzis, Koi ponds, waterfalls, and lush tropical gardens. There is an on-site fitness center including a sauna and steam room and the private Makai Hale Beach Bar.
Located just 18 miles from the Honolulu airport on West Oahu at the prestigious five star Ko Olina resort. At this exclusive resort, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Ted Robinson designed resort course, sailing and whale watching at the Ko Olina Marina, spa days at the Four Seasons and Disney Aulani resorts, and walk to numerous dining options.

• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.
• No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of ...

What a great stay!!! From the second we booked this was the perfect choice. Eli is the gold standard of hosts. He made it feel like we had our own personal concierge for the trip. We were provided with all the information we needed about the unit and Ko Olina before we ever left.
Once we arrived, it just left like the perfect island paradise vacation. Beyond the area being beautiful, the building and specifically the unit were amazing and felt high-end. The check-in process was very easy. The greeter was waiting in the lobby for us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself had everything you needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear. This may seem specific, but I loved the wagon that was in the room. It made doing everything 10x faster, which was just another subtle touch that made the vacation that much better. This will become our go-to spot on Oahu for vacation.

Overall, property was very well maintained, furnished nicely.The beach chairs were great; unable to utilize umbrella re: no personal umbrellas permitted on the Lagoon.
There was a reading lamp on only one side of the master bedroom bed.
Luggage racks in bedrooms would have been useful. Some type of drying rack needed since no drying allowed on patio.
Parking space in the opposite tower was inconvenient.
I realize the security aspect, but requirement of “swiping” key for everything was annoying.
