    - Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.

    - Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished.

    It was very comfortable stay, everything was clean and new. With a car, shopping and beaches were within half hour.
