This property is in a great location. Don't let the condition of the complex bother you. The unit is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is a plus. The informational booklet was very interesting and we actually followed and appreciated some of the suggestions. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends.

Very nice pool and view of the pool from the balcony. Especially enjoyed the hammock.Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean and well appointed, although keeping ice was a bit of a challenge due to the quite small freezer.Had a bit of trouble regulating the shower temp. At times it was only hot hot hot!! Not the best shower head as well, unable to adjust.Beach towels were not provided, something we have not experienced at other locations.Hosts were readily available to answer questions and assist with needs.

Nicely remodeled unit, very clean, quiet. Owners provided all information, no hassle check in and check out. Good location.
This property was close to everything. We were 10-15 minutes from most beaches and dining (often less). Plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds got mixed reviews from our group of four-two loved them, two were less in love, but I think you will have personal preferences anywhere you go! The little kitchen was just big enough to suit our needs. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings and listening to the birds was a favorite for all of us. The two drawbacks would be that there were no beach towels, so pack your own or plan on buying them when you get here as we did and the laundry is a pay-per-load with an app to download and load funds to. If you only need one load, you can’t pay for just one load. But, if you know what to expect the unit should be just fine. It made exploring the Hilo Side of the island much easier! Unit itself was bright, clean, and had stylish decor. Fit all 5 of us comfortably. Maybe a floor mat in kitchen and before lanai.
We had a great time staying in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved the deck and ease of getting to everything we wanted. Perfect central spot in Hilo!
This is a well-run rental. Very clean and well we enjoyed the balcony table for meals and the perfect location for us.
The shower didn’t work properly, water drained from the tap most of the time. Bathtub was moldy & nasty. The bathroom, shutters, lamp fixtures were very dusty like the place had not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen is tiny & no dining table or chairs to eat at. There is no AC like advertised, just some kind of air cooler which was very noisy. The pillows are hard as rock. The condo & building is in very poor shape. Very pricy for what we got. Do not recommend at all.
This location was perfect for our needs and proximity to the IVF world sprint championships.

Our family added a couple nights in Hilo to our Hawaii vacation so that we could spend a day in Hawaii Volcanoes Natl Park. This condo was a comfortable and conveniently located home base for us. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out was “contactless” which was super convenient.
P.S. Highly recommend Ken’s Pancake House for breakfast. And Pineapples or Cafe Pesto for dinners.
It’s a beautiful experience and I hope to stay again.
