We are not a resort so you won’t have to sit through any surprise time share spiel/talk. We had to go through that when we were guests. Located in Princeville. Ground floor, corner unit!

New Air conditioner, 2 Surf Boards, boogie boards, 4 snorkel gear sets, 4 beach backpack chairs, umbrella, lunch back pack cooler and carry cooler.

The full kitchen offers a flat top stove with convection oven which also has a built in air fryer. You'll have all the cookware and items you'll need to make wonderful meals, including a blender for smoothies or drinks, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

This is a 1 bedroom with a comfy King Bed. Also a pull out Queen sofa bed couch in the living room. The bathroom has a tile walk in shower with a privacy door to separate from the vanity area. There is a 6 drawer dresser and closet space. Enjoy a 55 inch TV in the bedroom and living area. There is also a separate door to the outside lanai from the bedroom

There is a washer/dryer for your use. The detergent and softener is provided for your use.

The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper with a foam topper for extra comfort. We have a 55 inch TV and also there is a recliner chair to put your feet up after a long day of hiking or enjoying the beach. Wi-fi is upgraded to 400 speed.

The dinning table is inside with a 2nd dinning table out on your private lanai. There is also a kitchen bar with two padded stools.

Feel free to use the gas BBQ's located in the pool area. Take a swim in the beautiful, large tile pool and jacuzzi while your foods cooking! You may eat there in the pool area or take it back to the condo.

This condo has a brand new ceiling installed Air Conditioning unit with a built in air filter and dehumidifier in it. We had them installed in both the living room and bedroom!

There are mini blinds on every window.

The swimming pool is in the center of the complex. The pool is open 8am to 9pm and you will need a pool key to get in and also out of the pool area.

Our condo is located in Princeville on KaHaku Rd (there’s some daytime road noise) we are right across from the golf course and a wonderful walking path with rainbow eucalyptus trees. The path leading to the right goes to a great sunset viewing spot overlooking the ocean with palm trees and sitting benches.

It is a quiet condo with full time residents so please respect the quiet hours of 9pm to 8am.

Hideaways beach, queens bath, Wiley’s beach/ Anini are in our Princville neighborhood. Hanalei and all the North Shore beaches and trails are just a short beautiful drive away!
