This home boasts additional features including an outdoor seating and BBQ grill lanai, sit while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view from Makaha Valley!

· Master bedroom has new King bed.

Guest bedrooms Queen bed and x 2 Twins.

· AC in every room.

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 2 standard-sized cars in the garage, 2 more parking on driveway. **NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Spring or Summer 2024.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had such a fun time staying in Makaha. The beaches were amazing and being able to come home to a comfortable, roomy house was amazing. Loved having the a/c, a must in Hawaii. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this house for those that want a special experience in Hawaii!

We loved this beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house, it was absolutely beautiful and perfect in a beautiful location. The furnishings and beds were like new and so comfortable. It was stocked with everything needed including all kitchen items, washer & dryer, and extras in the garage like a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach, and beach towels. Management was very prompt with all communication and check in was easy. Cannot say enough about this beautiful comfortable and peaceful property.

This home in the Makaha Valley was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook our hearts away and a great patio with the most amazing view. Lovely secluded neighbor for morning and evening walks. All and all a great place to getaway.

Since coming home have recommended to family and friends! We can’t wait to start planning for our next visit!

What a gorgeous property. The mountain and sea views on the West side are incomparable. The furnishings are very modern and we loved being able to go outside in the mornings and sip coffee on the patio. It is also 6 solid minutes from the best shave ice place on the island! We will be back!
