We love Maui and Ekolu in particular, the views from this Condo are exceptional. The only issue we had was the downstairs neighbor who complained to us constantly about us speaking to our kids over the deck rail…even though it was only twice, and was not during quiet hours. We just complied with his requests to make him happy..Other than that it was amazing.
Communication was excellent, easy checkin, amazing sunset view, very clean, a luxurious place to stay and get ready for our wedding. We look forward to staying there again. Wonderful!!
We had a wonderful time here! Location convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. An easy walk if you want some exercise. Quiet private pool. Comfy beds! A heavenly escape from the cold North.

Our stay in this 2-bedroom unit in Wailea was absolutely perfect! The spacious and beautifully appointed condo on the 2nd floor offered breathtaking sunset and ocean views that we looked forward to every evening. Maui is our second home and this unit added such a warm and authentic touch to our vacation, making it feel like our own little island retreat.The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach and within walking distance to the Wailea Shops, the golf course, and some of the best beaches in Maui. We especially enjoyed the short stroll to Gateway, where Monkeypod provided a fantastic dining experience with a lively bar atmosphere.This unit truly has it all: comfort, convenience, and unbeatable views. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise! Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Wailea.

We appreciated being able to check in early. The unit was clean, AC worked great, as it was really warm. The only turnoff was the ants. I have lived in the tropics so am familiar with not keeping food out, etc. I would recommend a regular bug spray company, not just ant traps from the store.
Weilea Ekolu is beautiful, but this condo is exceptionally nice. Outstanding views, nearly 180 degrees of water and islands. Well furnished lanai with shades for use in the afternoon. Very quiet location and quiet and efficient three zone AC. A short walk to Akamai Coffee and other restaurants and services. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Short drives to several great beaches.
Condo was perfect for 2 couples, great location, close to pool, beautiful views. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Wailea Ekolu Village #1308. It was a beautiful, spacious condo located in a perfect area close to multiple beaches, incredible restaurants, and great shopping. The condo was remodeled with darling beach vibes and was very clean which made us love it even more and feel more comfortable spending time there. It was supplied with all the necessities including beach towels & chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, etc. The kitchen was well supplied with small appliances, utensils, pans and pretty much anything we needed had we wanted to cook. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean in the evenings from the lovely patio area. We also loved early morning walks around the gorgeous area and evening walks on various nearby beaches, particularly Wailea Beach. We escaped one evening on a wonderful sunset cruise we booked through Bob's Snorkel shop. On Saturday, we attended Upcountry Farmer's Market in Pukalani and then hiked the Kahakapao Loop trail in the Makawao Forest, where it was about 10 degrees cooler.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would do it all over again.I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend or relative and would return without hestitation. It met our needs perfectly.Some of our favorite restaurants were Monkey Pod, Manoli's, Coconut Fish Cafe, Lappert's Ice Cream, & Peace, Love Shave Ice.The management team kept us well informed and made everything easy for us to navigate instructions.Thanks again!
We have stayed at the eklou two times so far. We really like staying in Waiela. The location is lerfect and the eklou village complexes are nice and close to all that we need. And the lanai’s are perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sunrises or evening for the sunsets.
Nice unit. Was clean and maintained. Could use updating kitchen and baths. View was wonderful. Grounds were well kept.
Good location within 10-15 min walk to the beach. Close to stores, coffee shop and of course golf courses. Close proximity to pool. Great view of sunset each night and once we got used to the air conditioner the temp was great. One issue with one of the showers not draining well but that was a minor detail. Would stay again.
Great location close to shops and the beach. Check in process was very easy without any issues. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and perfect two bedroom king for ourselves and our friends. Pool was close by, barbecue grills were great to be able to use as well. Carpeting is older and needs to be replaced as many worn spots throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with the exception of detergent when staying 11 days. Same with the washing machine. We would have liked more towels and laundry detergent to be available along with trash bags given the length of our stay. (Note: We didn't know we needed to secure the patio blinds to the hooks until the downstairs neighbor brought to our attention - maybe update the guest handbook to call this out if possible for future guests).

We decided after the tragic event in Lahaina that we wanted to go back to support Maui. While looking for a place to stay we came acroos this rental that mentioned they support the Lahaina too. The condo is as the pictures represent. Beautifully remodel and very comfortable to stay in. The view is just what we were looking for! We were able to whale watch for the lanai. Perfect time of year to do so. The company that represents this unit is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would gladly stay here again. Prayers to Lahaina and Maui for a hopeful recovery!! In regards to giving stars..5 for everything accept the amenities like toiletry products, paper goods and spices. Bare minimum.

This condo is in a great location in Wailea. Close to golfing, shops, the beach and restaurants. Monkeypod (seafood and Hawaiian) Pita Paradise (Mediterranean) and Oao (sushi) restaurants are a short walk. The complex is well kept and has beautiful landscaping. Two small pools that were never busy. The condo had new furnishings that were very nice. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been renovated. The beds were very comfortable (if you like a soft bed). The AC units kept the bedrooms cool and it was very quiet for sleeping (except the crickets!). We didn’t use the AC in the living area as the breezes with the doors open were perfect. The views were incredible. The condo was clean on the surface but could use a deep clean. The cleaner forgot to leave paper towels, toilet paper and dishwashing tabs, but the property manager had the items delivered upon request.
