Welcome to Mahana 305, a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with exquisite ocean views and central A/C nestled along the picturesque shores of Maui. There are elevators at this property. Unit 305 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the lanai. The lanai has two screen doors that welcome a nice cross-breeze on windy days and blinds can be drawn to help cool off the condo. The en suite bathroom features a large bathtub/shower combo and modern fixtures. The second bathroom is conveniently located ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests which also includes a walk-in shower. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and private lanai allow for uninterrupted vistas of the turquoise waters, golden sunsets, and the neighboring islands in the distance. The living area is designed with an open-concept layout in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.

***Notice of ongoing project at Mahana - Molokai Tower:
- Beginning on March 24, 2025, pre-construction mobilization begins and that includes hoisting materials to the roof, installing barricades and other safety precautions, setting the crane in place, etc.
- Starting April 21, 2025, with an estimated end date of June 25, 2025, there will be a Heating, Ventilation, and AC outage for the entire building.
- Noise is expected between April 21 for approximately thirty days. Noisy work may also be extended depending on the amount of spalling that is found.
- Potential water outages will be brief with advance notice, when possible.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.
