Noelani 114 is a Studio condo located on the first floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, and air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a queen-size bed. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa is included in the living space for additional lounging. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

Unwind with a queen-size bed and a split A/C unit. The updated bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai and enjoy the partial ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops and a beautiful tile backsplash.

The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.
