This home boasts enormous eco-friendly landscaping including an outdoor seating and BBQ grill for entertaining friends and family. Owner tastefully decorated the house with custom top of the line furniture pieces, artwork, which really gives you the "welcome home" spirit one should feel when visiting West Oahu.
Smart TVs throughout the house, including in bedrooms along with split a/c in every room as well. Parking easily for 3-4 automobiles readily available (NO street parking). House comfortably sleeps seven adults or a family of eight or 10 with large studio. Bedding arrangements include: King in Master Suite, Queen in 2nd Guest Room, and 2 Twins in the 3rd room. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa ideal for 1 Adult or 2 smaller guests.

Great house, lots of space, but limited only by geography. KoOlina lagoons are 20 minutes. Waikiki or Wiamea are more like 50-60 minutes. Gated community. Great value if you’re willing to drive some.

We had no idea what the area would be like when we booked since this was our first time visiting Hawaii. It was super clean & had a nice layout. The neighborhood was very safe since there is a manned guard at the gate and you cannot get in w/o stopping. The view from both the street & house were great. You can see the sea & being surrounded by the mountains was beautiful. The sky was unobscured for a view of the moon and stars.
We had 9 people in the house & never felt too crowded.
6 of our party were females & we all use 2 towels for showering. One for hair & one for body. When I booked I had to put the number of guests so they knew we were a party of 9, but there were 8 sets of towels. I requested 7 more bath towels & 5 hand towels, but that got mixed up. We made it work. The pull out couch did not have sheets nor pillows. I asked for a set of sheets & pillows but only got a flat sheet. We made it work. The kitchen was nice, but there were no kitchen towels. The rental company provides paper towels but if you hand wash anything it’s very wasteful to use paper towels to leave wet dishes on to dry. I went to Walmart & bought a cheap pack of 2. My 2 biggest complaints are this: the king bed in the upstairs master slopes in the center. My husband kept rolling into the middle & we were had knees in backs & knees knocking knees. That sucked. My other complaint is the family room config. The little settee was uncomfortable. Switch the furniture around

We enjoyed our stay, everything was exceptional. Area was far from most things we wanted to do about an HR drive everyday so I would consider this but the place itself was amazing. The area around wasn’t so nice driving to the house but once you enter the neighborhood it gets way better and feels safe and secure. Felt great knowing my kids could play and hang out outside very quiet and safe area. Do not hesitate to book owners are super nice and helpful and easy to work with.

The house is located in a great community! It was clean and practically new. The only thing is that is far from everything if you are vacationing and you have to drive through the worst places in Hawaii. In order to get to anything you have to drive through the homeless population and they are everywhere and taking over the beaches in this part of town.

Our son is stationed in Hawaii and we came over as a family to visit him. This house absolutely perfect! It's 1.5 miles from one of the most beautiful quite beaches on the island. A small drive to the city. We couldn't have found a better place for all of us to come together and visit with him. If this house was for sale, we would buy it today! Ali'i Beach Rentals was quick to respond to whatever questions I had. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
