First Unit

Oceanfront, one bedroom condo on north Ka'anapali beach. Breathtaking views and sunsets from the private lanai, living room, and bedroom. Relax and enjoy the view in comfort from new padded swivel rockers on the lanai and reclining swivel gliders in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Spot sea turtles and whales (seasonal); get a close-up view with the provided binoculars. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean on the new luxury king mattress and new queen sleeper sofa. Newly refinished bamboo flooring. 65-inch Samsung smart TVs. In-unit laundry. Custom cherry cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Pebble stone walk-in shower, no tub. Walking distance to Dukes, Times Supermarket, food trucks, Fish Market Maui, and Farmers Market Maui. Great snorkeling and swimming nearby at Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach). We have made numerous improvements in 2023 including replacing the sliding glass doors, upgrading the furniture, and refinishing the beautiful bamboo flooring. Mahana 804 is nicely updated and very comfortable.
