Upstairs loft had lots of flying ants. Son woke up with insects in his bed. Loft AC was more a rotating fan -very warm up there in July.
Our stay here was wonderful, walking distance to beach, lots of towels and well plenty of cookware and dishesAll bed were comfortable even the sofa bed, would highly recommend Only thing I would recommend is to get some kind of air conditioning for front bedroom it was pretty warm in there
At first I wasn’t sure if we were in the right neighborhood until we made entry and found the place was exactly as pictured on the interior. It was clean, cool and comfortable. Beach gear was available and useful! Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family of five with young adult children (ages 19, 22, and 24) had the best time for our visit to Maui from Michigan. This condo was in the perfect location and having three bedrooms worked perfect for our needs. The communication all along was excellent, the condo was spotless, and checking in was easy. We enjoyed our mornings on the lanai. Staying in Kihea was so close to everything that made our location perfect.The only minor inconvenience is the front bedroom doesn’t have AC and the upstairs loft area gets very warm as well. The main living area and large bedroom are very comfortable with AC units. We would gladly stay here again!
Loved staying at this condo on Maui. The best part of the property is the very large lanai to enjoy meals at. Would stay again. Mahalo nui loa

This was a great stay close to the Main Street but the condo itself was so quiet which was great for us. We could walk down to watch the sunset at the beach or to breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the property was good and they were helpful when we needed anything. Great stay!

I was impressed with the place, it was clean, it had everything necessary. The washer and dryer was a bonus! The only downfall is that only one room was well conditioned so the rest of the guest had to deal with the heat since it was hot and humid which made it a little uncomfortable for most people. Also, the jacuzzi was broken at the pool area but the barbecue grill was new and polished. We loved how walkable it was to the beach and the food trucks that were a short 9 min walk. I would definitely go back if the place had air conditioner in all rooms. Thank you for such wonderful staff who had easy and fast communication.

Our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 1 middle aged adult, 5 kids ages 7 to 16) had a fabulous stay at this property. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our group. Updated, clean, and felt spacious enough with the high ceilings. We had a some lighting issues and cooking utensils were missing but that was resolved efficiently. The views from the lanai were a bonus. The mountains to the left and the sparkling ocean to the right. The pool was small but big enough for the kids to get out that last burst of energy from the beach. The beach park was a nice 10min stroll down the street, perfect to catch the sunset after being out all day exploring. We would 100% stay here again. Fantastic vacation property!
