There is a paid parking garage adjacent and connected to the building for $28/day. In addition, you are within walking distance of mall, shopping, dining, beach park and Waikiki nightlife. Buses, Uber, Lyft and Biki (rental bikes) are also in abundance.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect the condo at every check out and again before guest arrival. Every item, artwork utensils etc. in the unit has been photographed.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. Please note:
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet....
