Outstanding condo. The views are unbeatable. We watched sunset every day from the balcony. The property is kept immaculately clean. The beach is only a few steps away. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There are grocery stores and great restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Both air conditioning units worked flawlessly, but you don’t really need them because there’s nothing like the Hawaiian Breeze to keep you cool. Joe the host knows how to take care of his guests. We just wrapped a week long stay and found that this unit fit our needs perfectly. The location in Kīhei is ideal for going either to Wailea or Lahaina. The unit itself was well kept and in good condition. The AC units (one in the bedroom and one in the living area) worked well to keep the temp under control. The full kitchen makes it very convenient. One super positive point that is sometimes overlooked is that the shower water pressure was fantastic. This has been an issue for us in other rentals and it was quite a relief to have a good working shower after spending the day at the beach. The location is also very quiet. While the unit two doors over was under construction, the noise was minimal and never presented an issue. Overall would strongly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

The place was BEAUTIFUL! It was clean as a whistle! Perfect central location! The beach being STEPS away was absolutely amazing! We went multiple times a day sometimes for only 10 minutes and it was so nice to not have to load a car up every time. The beach was perfect as well! You can walk out so far into the water at waist height. The host was quick to respond to any message and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Maui

Location was great. Condo is exactly as listed and completely up to date. Super clean. Has everything you need for your stay as far as bathroom and kitchen necessities and more. Beach amenities were brand new. It was perfect.
Everything and more is provided at this stay - not only is the condo in a great location with amazing sunset views on the lanai, it is furnished with beach chairs and umbrellas, coffee, snacks, and even bathroom amenities. The condo has A/C, a comfortable bed, and is literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach access. Staying in Kihei is great because you have access to many restaurants, bars/shops and the city is centrally located on the island, making easy travel to the airport, Paia, Road to Hana, Big Beach, and Haleakalā summit. We could not have asked for anything better!

This was one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed in. Light, fresh scent throughout. They thought of absolutely everything. So clean, spectacular view, great bed, wonderful AC, great location - so close to everything but not in the middle of the crowds and noise. Would absolutely stay again with no hesitation and would highly recommend to others.
We have spent some wonderfull 4 days in this unit. When we arrived everything was perfectly clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to enter the condo. During our stay we found out, that everthing we could possibly need was existing in the appartment and all appliances were reay for use and in a perfect condition.All furnitures were well maintained and the bathroom/shower was neat and hygienic. Even a board, chairs and other stuff fort he beach were present. Weh ad not expected such a perfect and caring reception.A highlight of the unit is the view over the beutiful beach and the marvellous sunset from the balcony wich we enjoyed every evening. Parking is right in front of the appartment at no cost and all shops can be reached within 5 minutes. Our stay was so marvellous, we almost forgot to leave the condo in time.Alltogether we must say that it was a 5-star experience and we can warmly recommend this unit.
Only downside no elevator to carry our luggage, but we definitely got a workout after all the food we ate. And we were big backs during this trip. 3 trips per day to ululani down the street and foodland. We def need to burn some calories. Makes sense. Everything else was amazing. The view was 1000/100. If you're trying to find yourself, this beach's sunset and sunrise will do the trick. Need to cry on the beach? Best spot. The beach was clean, and the provided chairs and umbrella made everything even better. Everything in the condo was clean and relaxing. 10000/100 would recommand and stay again.

When I pulled up, I was worried because it was like a small motel look… plain. Nice, clean, but not tropical resort looking. But once we opened the door, it was beautiful! Really clean and modern furnishings and fixtures. The view is in the back of the condo!! Right out to the ocean. Really beautiful. Quiet, with just the ocean waves. It was a quick walk over a very small hill right to the beach!! Everything we needed for a couple of days was there. And it was really relaxing!

This is a great spot! Modern clean condo right on the beach. We had a tiny issue with the AC and Joe our host took care of us right away. Highly recommend.
Me and my husband are headed to Maui for my birthday trip and this property was absolutely perfect! Completely renovated and clean with absolutely stunning views! The property had everything you can need, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and snorkeling equipment. Do yourself a favor and book this property to watch the stunning sunsets right from your lanai!

My husband and I had the best week long stay here for our honeymoon. The location was unbeatable. Nothing compares to the view from the balcony (see photos). We loved that we didn’t even have to cross the street to be at the beach. It was walking distance to several restaurants we wanted to try (nalus, misophat sushi, shaved ice) and short drive to all the other things we wanted to do/try in the area. Biggest surprise was the unit having 3 sets of snorkeling masks, beach chairs, towels, and a boogie board. We were thrilled to discover this and not have to rent/buy our own. The condo was comfortable and well maintained and we were happy about the in unit laundry. The area was quiet and peaceful and we had no noise issues. Safe/ample parking. I couldn’t recommend it any more!!! We would be thrilled to stay any time we are in Maui.
Ocean front, gorgeous sunsets, palm tree breezes!This place was amazing! 5 stars without hesitation!Literally steps to the sand and the ocean. Look no further, book it now!Perfect morning walks on a quite beautiful beach. We saw several turtles sleeping on our morning walks.This condo has everything and I mean everything you could ever need for cooking!! Just bring your food!Plenty of clean fresh bedding for the comfortable beds. We loved having a private bedroom option along with the comfortable pull out couch for a mid day Kihei nap.There are multiple beach chairs, plenty of toys for catching waves. Lovely lanai, washer and dryer in the unit, excellent free parking, on site BBQ.The building is quiet, clean and classy; with a wonderful shuffle board that is ocean and pool side.There was a welcome gift of refreshing aloha drinks, and the most divine POG cookies.If you have any questions the owner communicates promptly!This is a 5 star condo and equally 5 star owners!Mahalo!

The property was amazing, the balcony with the view and the views from the main living room are incredible! The beach access is perfect and the grass area in the back of the property is great when its too windy on the beach. My only criticism of the property was there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, we kept everything tidy but still noticed ants on the kitchen counter (no idea where they were coming from) also the location in Kihei has a number of homeless people that hang around outside the property and up the blocks surrounding the condo. Obviously nothing you can do about that but was surprising upon arrival. Other than the homeless the location is very centrally located and makes it easy to get to all portions of the island. Overall the property was fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property very much! The condo is well situated on the island, with an easy walk to a supermarket and a variety of restaurants. Lovely beach with beautiful sunset views. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was updated and had everything we needed! We would stay again!
Can’t say enough about the location and the accommodation. The beach is steps away and we spent the evenings watching the sunset from our balcony. Grocery store was right around the corner. Bed was great and the area was quiet.
Pragmatic and great location
The condo is in a great location close to restaurants, grocers and at ocean front. The sunsets are spectacular. Relaxing on the balcony during sunrise and sunsets was very enjoyable!! The condo is equipped with kitchen things you need for long stay. Additionally I appreciate having some sunscreens in the cabinet for uses. The only improvement I recommend is to replace the area rugs in living room and bedrooms to give a fresh look of this beautiful renovated space. We also appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella available for use on a beach day. Overall we are very pleased with the condo and have enjoyed our 8 day stay tremendously.
