The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, which can be converted into a king upon request. Fully equipped Kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining options.

Community offers heated pool, bbq area, sauna, pool table, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. There is an elevator, but stairs are required for access to this unit.

White Sands Village is a Non-Smoking Property. That means no smoking of anything, in any way, anywhere, at any time, at any place within the property boundaries of White Sands Village. This includes not only cigarettes but any smoking material, as well as vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.

**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

• The tennis court area will go under construction on Feb 13th, 2023, and will require that the tennis court area is closed off to guests and owners during construction. This is pretty far from the condo though.
