The building, room, and area were fine. The kitchenette had very basic supplies, but were all good. One thing future clients should know: this unit has no closet, hangers, or any reasonable place to hang anything (definitely no dresser storage), so expect to live out of your suitcase. I was traveling for work and couldn't hang shirts/slacks to get rid of wrinkles. The single towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was barely adequate for allowing a towel to dry. It would cost ~$10 to hang a row of hooks on one of the walls and provide a few hangers; I'm surprised this never came up. Otherwise, this older building seemed clean and safe.

All in all, our stay was very pleasant, and we were completely satisfied. There was a minor issue with the bath towels at the beginning, but happyvacations responded to our email within minutes, and we promptly received the towels. They also granted us a complimentary extended checkout, allowing us to enjoy even more of this fantastic apartment. Everything was clean, functional, and the view was breathtaking. The only request would perhaps be a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom, as during our two-week stay we would have occasionally liked to clean the sand and dust ourselves. I'm sure happyvacations will take note of this.
