The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 12 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a large UltraHD 4K TV. It is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

Overall we really enjoyed the house. I would probably give it 4 1/2 stars if that was possible. There were just a couple things that kept it from being a five star house. On the positive side: It was clean and new, the location was fabulous with a view over the volcano lava field which allowed for seeing both the sunrise and sunset which are always fabulous. Outdoor TV a nice touch to allow watching the football games while in pool or hot tub. Hot tub heated up really quickly, much quicker than other houses we have stayed at. Kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking we enjoy doing. There were, though a few things that could be improved. There weren't enough outdoor lounge chairs for everyone. There were only two and they were not of the quality that one would expect in a house that in this price range. The outdoor couch looked nice and was functional but also wasn't high quality. There were a few blow up tubes and a recliner for the pool, but no way to blow them up other than your mouth and trying to blow up a recliner by mouth is no fun. We did it and then noticed there was a small hole in it and in an hour it had deflated. Also the sprinklers for the back yard would come on during the day while we were outside. Those should go on in the middle of the night. All in all though we really enjoyed the house and would recommend it highly. The plusses more than outweighed the negatives and the negatives did not prevent us from having a great stay.

Lovely pool & hot tub, used daily. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen. Only complaint was they have an alarm that goes off if you don’t push a button first (and if you do, you have 7 seconds to get out & close door). They say it’s state law, but we’ve stayed at other places that don’t have this. With our kids being old enough to swim, it was just a bit of a nuisance as the alarm went off multiple times a day. Otherwise, lovely property!

This home is well appointed and so roomy. We were a group of 5 and more could've fit. The pool n jacuzzi were a great amenity. Id suggest the home to any large group. Also close to food, shopping, beaches and more. Great memories were made and for that alone, so worth it.
