We quite enjoyed our stay, the property and the grounds! The code at check in did not work at all and took a few calls to CB property manager. However, they did end up resolving the problem for us and the code worked for the rest of our stay. The unit is clean and just as advertised. We had everything we needed and would stay again. The AC unit in the single bedroom leaked a little so needs some attention. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The property and amenities had everything for our family to keep us busy, relaxed, and our vacation enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Clean space with ample room for our family of 5. Great amenities on the property (pool, shuffleboard, bocce, grills, etc) plus great location with access to a decent beach, walking to pickleball courts, and easy location to local stores (e.g., drugstore, groceries, etc) and close to other activities in Kihei and Wailea.
This condo was great!!!! Super well stocked, comfy beds; all around comfortable and nice! The property had a LOT of landscaping being done the first 3 days we were there… mowers and weed wacking all day!- but after that it was very serene and enjoyable. Love the open grounds and the ocean access for watching sunsets. Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. The area was central to exploring the island. We really liked this unit and the property management company was really great and responsive!! 😊
Great central location with 2-bedrooms (king and 2 twins) with fold out couch and single Murphy bed in living room. Plenty of room for our family of 6, with teens and college -aged kids. Cooked most meals, a huge savings. Grills in courtyard were fantastic. Pool, hot tub and activities included. Watched sunrise and sunset from balcony everyday. Will book again!
This was our first trip to the island of Maui and the first time using a VRBO in Hawaii. All I will say is - we will NEVER go back to staying in a hotel / resort! WHY?! You can have all of the conveniences of a resort minus the singular bathroom, shared beds and general LACK OF SPACE! Maui Sunset and using a VRBO is the way to stay on Maui! Here's why..... 1) we appreciated the open-floorpan in the kitchen, dining room and living room. My husband and son get up early - so having a space for them to brew coffee and watch some TV before the girls got up is a must! 2) The separate bedrooms for the parents and teenagers was SO nice! I love my kids - but I don't want to sleep with them! Also, the additional AC in the bedrooms made for a comfortable sleep overnight! 3) The two full bathrooms was a life-saver and time-saver - especially with a teenage daughter who hogs the bathroom! 4) The view overlooking the pool was amazing and a welcome place to relax at the end of a busy day! 5) Finally, we really appreciated the other amenities such as the tennis / pickleball courts, shuffleboard, pool / hot tub and proximity to the beach! We enjoyed so many beautiful sunsets and even saw a giant sea turtle sun-bathing on the beach! This really was a little piece of paradise! We would very much recommend staying at Maui Sunset and Kihei!

The property was great. We really enjoyed our time there. Check-in was very simple. We loved the pool area - it was large and never felt crowded. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We played shuffleboard a number of times. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some of our meals at the condo. The only negative that we would have would be the pillows on the beds. None of us could find a comfortable pillow - they were all huge. It wasn't a big deal, but I did sleep without a pillow for the week. I would definitely recommend this place for your next vacation. We would stay there again.
