Beautiful views and location. House just needs maintenance. Fixing of the umbrella and front door key pad and plumbing high pitched noise that doesn’t stop. Picking up the previous guests trash would also be nice. Also better customer service when issues are brought up no one offered to help.

We’ve stayed in the two bedroom unit years ago and it was in a lot better shape than this one. This unit could really use an update to receive quality reviews. As previously stated, it is not exactly well-appointed. The cookie sheets don’t fit in the oven, no body soap whatsoever in the showers, there were no cereal sized bowls for adults, no Tupperware containers which are to be expected in a place this size where families are presumably cooking. Further, when it rained, there were two ceiling leaks in the family room area, and when we arrived the upstairs toilet was screeching and we had to turn the water off to get it to stop. It had to remain off the whole time as I reported it the first day but never got a response. And then overall it’s just looking run down. Needs a coat of paint and some water leak repairs. Also, one of the decorative pieces on the wall came off and the dust attached to the back of it was the stuff of nightmares. That’s all the bad. The good is, it’s just a great location. A couple small updates/upgrades/attention to detail and it would receive higher reviews. We love this place because it’s next to a family member’s condo but if we weren’t looking for location, I would go for something that’s being taken care of better.
